If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service, my ordered got skipped over 3 times, food was suppose to be ready by 6:15 and it’s 7:48 and is not done. Don’t even waste your time coining to this one! They should have never opened it!

If I could give it, zero stars, I would. I never got my pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. I showed up for a 6:30 PM pick up waited about an hour and my name was never called. They had hundreds of orders on the queue and they had to deal with DoorDash/ GrubHub/ Uber eats on top of online orders. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned after the halftime show. When I gave them my name, they stated.” we haven’t seen that name all day and we don’t have that order.” What was the most frustrating is that the people working that day could not issue a refund or a credit until the very next day. I returned after the game for a full refund. At that time regional manager was there and apparently that’s the only person that can issue refunds.So Super Bowl with no pizza or wings it is what it is. Felt bad for the employees because they had horrible leadership and shame on Pizza Hut for continuing to take online orders while the cooks were overwhelmed.

I called, they answered me in Spanish, they said yes, they deliver, then they hung up on me and I called again and the person who answered me said no, no one speaks Spanish and we don't deliver and in a way, one is a customer.

I feel like I threw $40 away. When I tried to eat the pizza. It was not done. Honestly the worst I EVER had. The taste was not the Pizza Hut I was used to. The quality way down. Also ordered pan and got home it was thin.Parking: Tight lot

At the time it will still relatively new so maybe they just need it to go through a little growing pain.Parking: The parking lot is not very big it's a decent sized parking lot however they share the parking lot with Dunkin' Donuts so at the height of a rush the parking lot may seem a little full I have never seen the parking lot filled so maybe that's a good thingWheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessibility there is a ramp which leads up to the door

I've been waiting for almost 2 hours because they don't have drivers, they use doordash but also, they didn't even request a driver until I called. I'm pretty sure my food will be cold since now I have to wait another 30 mins and when I called the guy if i can get something for waiting so long, he just put me on hold lol I actually love Pizza Hut but this branch needs to work on their customer service skills.
The quality of pizza at this location is terrible, it does not have the same pizza hut taste. the pizza is worse than worst pizza, THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO IMPROVE QUALITY IF THEY'RE BRANDOING THE PIZZA UNDER PIZZA HUT. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DELIVER THE SAME QUALITY ITS BETTER YOU FIND ANOTHER NAME. THIS PIZZA TASTE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE PIZZA HUT. IT TOOK ME THREE BUYS DIFFERENT DAYS AND HOUR BEFORE I DECIDED TO SAY SOMETHING.
