incredibly rude, can’t just do her job, has an attitude, food was mid. also took about 10 minutes to come out and acknowledge us. we said hello when walking in and she told us one sec. one second turned into 10 minutes. lettuce is brown.

Horrible experience, went in last night the lady had an attitude, made me food and the ingredients were so spoiled 3 hours later I was in the Emergency room with unbearable stomach pain, avoid at all cost!

ive been trying to call this location for an hour to cancel an order from the app. & they have not answered. what is the point of a store having a number

Horrible service! it is not the customers fault that your machines are not working. If something is out of order in store, then on the app, it shouldn’t be available to order for pick up. This is when you do customer service and you accommodate the customer you should’ve given a bottle soda if you’re fountain wasn’t working. And if you didn’t wanna accommodate the customer, then you should’ve refunded all money back!

First time I ordered the food from here, a veggie patty sub, and they just sent me a bread with lettuce, tomato, olive, jalapeño, and dressing. There was no cheese, no veggie patty. I tried to call the store 5 times, but no one answered. So unprofessional, and the service is so bad. Not going to order the food again from this place.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

Earlier today I was feeling subway and decided to go into the store. So I see the woman say hello and proceed to order. To start, I asked for a sandwich and she tells me they don’t have it at the moment. I tell myself ok fine I’ll order a different sandwich. She heats it up and asks what I would like on it but she didn’t even have some of the ingredients there either. At this point I started feeling hesitant to complete the transaction. You’re going to laugh but I still decided to proceed and let it go. We get to the register and I ask for the meal but then she says only bottles because the machine doesn’t work. Now, I really don’t think I want the food and I tell her “I don’t know I’m thinking twice about buying it now” and right away she grabbed the sandwich and slammed it on the counter behind her and said “no problem”. So she pretty much decided for me with attitude as if nothing was wrong.

A long time ago, this place was the subway to go to. Unfortunately, only the complete opposite is true nowadays. I see a lot of other people reviewing this spot and are hurt because they are locals just like me. But don’t even bother. If the higher ups who operate this store are anything like the worker who “assisted” me today, it baffles me on how this location is still in business. My guess? It’s probably due to the fact of mobile ordering like uber eats, door dash etc.

For the locals, just go down the road 5 minutes and have some good Chinese from Great Wall near the 99 cent store. Definitely was happy I didn’t get subway after that.

Very bad customer service, the girl was super arrogant, she didn't have any ingredients, she responded to us, super ugly, we were going to eat at the place, she practically kicked us out of the place…

The ladies serving the food are so rude! She told me I was playing with her emotions for not knowing what I was going to order…. I was not in line I was in the back deciding on what to get to get in line… my husband always told me about the ladies attitudes and I never believed it untill now! Won’t be going there anymore! Sad thing is it’s the only subway in my town
