The service is very good, the drawback is that there has been no tea or juice service for more than 3 months. If everything is on the healthy side, they should remove the coca collaboration and return the juice and tea service.

There was no spinach at the bar i asked if they have? Girl in counter said let me ask she asked other associate in the back the woman with heavy make up yelled back no and i heard her say in Spanish “me da pereza cojer le” meaning i feel lazy to get it. Then she at check out she wouldnt accept the coupon cause it didnt scam she didnt want to manually add the coupon code. Such terrible lazy worker you have at this location.

We go there and lady employee was terrible ! She was very nasty and totaly not friendly ! We took order and its take us very loong time wait to get it ! Not reccomend this place ! She had problem with evetything . She walking around and exxplain she is only one person here but she was very slow whatever she do it there .

The absolute WORST location I have ever been to. I had a horrible experience with disrespectful workers who made my order incorrectly and without the extra meat I paid extra for. After realizing these errors when I reached home, I called the store to ask for my sandwich to be remade. The worker was absolutely DISGUSTING and refused to make my order again! I went onto the Subway complaint site and it seems you can only speak to the manager of said store. That manager, NEIL WANG is horrible and honestly USELESS! After almost 3 months of going back and forth about ONE SANDWICH (ridiculous!), I was finally offered a gift card that he conveniently kept forgetting to issue because he was constantly "out of state." Even though I had no problem coming to the store to pick up the gift card, he insisted on mailing it to my home. And after almost 4 weeks, that gift card still has not arrived. And guess what, now he conveniently stopped responding to my emails. And what's worse is there is no one else I can speak to. So, I paid for food I wasn't able to eat, got cursed out by staff because they made an error, and got stuck with an incompetent manager. PLEASE SHUT THIS STORE DOWN, fire EVERYONE there and hire all new staff. It is a joke there and absurd that I have to travel 2 towns over just to receive decent service. It is ALWAYS an issue at this store. Every single time!

I ordered two sandwiches with two bags of chips. The sandwiches were delivered but the chips weren't. When I called the restaurant MULTIPLE times, no one picked up. Terrible people do a terrible job, always.

Very horrible service from this short Indian lady who was very rude. She did not put on a new pair of gloves before making my sandwich. I had to tell her to change her gloves since i ordered a veggie sandwich. She got very angry and started mumbling something. I told her I am your customer you need to provide me with good customer service. The veggie patty she made was frozen and not heated properly. This business needs to shut down or this employee needs to get fired. I did not see a name tag, but I was there today at 2:00pm.
