Big shout out to the entire team at this location for holding it down on superbowl Sunday. While I was in there picking up my online order, they definitely were suffering their share of insults which is totally uncalled for. But this is their equivalent of black Friday, and I can't say enough positive things about my experiences at this location. They all deserve raises for how well they run things. Food is always on point and service always on point. ?

Their friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out, making the overall dining experience exceptional.What impressed me even more was the impeccable cleanliness of the store. Staff had very nasty and disrespectful attitude. One of the employees was purposely being rude and trying to upset my friend & I. The cashier was super rude & just acted like she hated her job by talking to us so unprofessional.The fries were very hard and uncookedWings were very badly prepared and coldLiterally tasted like I could get a pack of frozen wings from bjs and do it on my airfryer at home.My friend & I were just sitting down waiting for our food just casually having a conversation while the staff kept making faces and just giving a lot of attitude. The atomsphere was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay to eat there. Their energy made us feel very awkward and offending.Will never come back again & I really prefer for nobody else to even bother coming here.PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STAFF AND ACTUALLY CARE WHO TO HIRE!!!

I came for the first time to this location and had a very unwelcoming experience. The cashier was extremely rude and made me feel like i was a problem to her since i ordered. Afterwards, another worker goes to call out my order , she basically whispered it and said “ oh well I guess Dani isn’t here “ and I turn around and asked politely if my order have been called. She proceeded to roll her eyes and say “ yea it was “ not giving any time to see if anyone is there for the order and just puts it in the back right away without double checking. Then when my friend was waiting for her order , she did the same exact thing and was extremely sassy and rude. I find this establishment to be very unprofessional and rude. It felt very personal and out of context. I don’t recommend the service here. They need to work on their staff.

Cashier Maicon was the only positive experience I received while being at this location . He was the only cashier on shift , so he was definitely doing his best answering phone call orders as well as taking in person orders. Besides that unfortunately the atmosphere was unpleasant. The tables were not wiped down and still had garbage from previous customers . Had to bother staff myself to ask for something to wipe down for staff to then clean. Food overall was great and to my liking . Definitely a place to order OUT from .. do not recommend sitting in to eat .
There is no reason for the boneless wings that I ordered to be so salty. I got an instant headache after one bite. I ordered different flavors to mix it up for me and my family and every one taste like it had a pound of salt. Such a waste of money. Please do better. I had to pass on giving any to my grandmother because we would have been rushing her to the emergency room tonight. Trust me I am not exaggerating.
