My family and I have always come here for out go to Chinese take out, everyone is always so friendly and the food is the best in Rochester! I highly recommend choosing Bamboo garden for a delicious easy meal!Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza and completely public and free!Kid-friendliness: Walls are covered with awards from their own kids with plenty of drawing books.

This is a very disappointing review. My neighbors love this place BUT this time the beef fried rice was horrible, it was as if, they go distracted and forgot to mix the ingredients. When I recently called to simply, "share" the dissatisfaction... we were confronted with no accountability and some hostility. Very sad, I was t asking for any money back, simply sharing the concern. A long residence of Henrietta, They have now loss my entire street because of the lack of respect and accountability. $10 donation to you, I hope it was worth it!

This is the best Chinese take out in the Rochester. My family has been ordering here for at least 10 years and they have never disappointed. Everything is always filled to the brim with food! An excellent portion size for the price! My go-to’s are their Sesame Chicken, Fried Dumplings, and House Special Lo Mein. Great place for Families to order from! You will have enough leftovers for at least one more day!

The food is just as bad as in Chen garden and the costumer service is horrible they treat people as if we are asking for charity and not paying. However, there is a Chinese restaurant that’s delicious with great costumer services. If you want real authentic delicious Chinese food go to NEW MING ON MONROE AVE. It won’t disappoint you!!!

This is an awesome Chinese restaurant. This is great for date nights because each table is private. The acoustics are good so it feels secluded. Great service and delicious food every time.

Have been going here 15 years or so, had not visited in a while since our Tech Center closed end of 2020, but decided to give it another go. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. The dipping sauce for the dumplings was unique and very flavorful, a touch sweet but really works.

Wasn’t expecting much because of reviews but was completely surprised by the food we received. The soup was fresh and not greasy. The boneless spareribs were cooked just right and the sauce was just enough and not soaked like so many places. It was a more traditional sauce than the usual orange sweet sauce many restaurants use. Pork fried rice was light and full of flavor. Some of the better Chinese food we’ve had in a while and we travel weekly for work. I read bad reviews about these same dishes but the night we ordered, they cooked them perfectly.
I ordered the boneless ribs which they didn’t have a lunch combo so I had to order the dinner one which was way more expensive. The ribs were so hard as a rock and they were burnt. I called again to see if they would give me a fresher order. I picked it up and again they were dried and hard as a rock. It was like eating sticks. Disappointed…I would not recommend eating there again.
