Well my daughter & I stopped in today to grab 3 take out orders & the customer service was awful no one speaks or greets you or even acknowledges that your there. The young female who was serving us never spoke but her attitude was awful. This was our first time stopping in & definitely our last time. We got our food to eat on our 16 hour shift so I can’t speak on how the food is but just awful customer service alone it’s a no for me as far as going back if people don’t like their job or aren’t a people person then they need to not work there! The lady at the register even saw how her coworkers attitude was just sad 💯✅😩

I went in there just to try empanadas and was completely ignored, while like 4 employees serviced 1 person. They clearly welcome a certain group of people here, and its not mines

whoever the woman is driving the restaurant vehicle needs to learn to drive. literally got out of her car and smacked my mirror so hard she scratched it. then simply stared and smiled at me. DISGUSTING.

The food and atmosphere was good. But charging an automatic gratuity for TWO people!? I was actually going to give them more money, but not after that. What a terrible policy lol.

I recommend if you are ready to pay the expensive prices. I bought shrimp and chicken fried rice and I received 1 small serving. It cost $30 (highly expensive). The food was very delicious but too salty.

We come and eat at D'Mangu every time we're in Rochester. The Henrietta location was closed but we went to the Genesee location. Our favorite dishes are chicken and beef both with fried rice. All their dishes are very good. I highly recommend this restaurant either dine in or pick up.

My friend, Cesar, referred me years ago this place and I make sure I try to go every Thursday for lunch. The food is delicious, especially the Pork Stew and the Boneless Chicken. Add together their delicious hot sauce and yum. The plantanes are very good. The staff is very courteous and frendly to us. I always geta medium. Theya re clsoed on Mondays.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn on Clay Road, almost walking distance to this place (if there was a safer looking walk to get here). But, there is enough parking out front. And, somehow we showed up at a good time around noon last Sunday, and were seated right away. I attached a picture of the buffet counter and standing there toward the bar area. it is not much of a bar area but looked to have a complete selection. The menu is quite extensive and we could not decide on the items that looked to be way too much food for lunch. So, for three of us we picked two buffet plates and that was plenty. If we had come for dinner we might have been more adventurous and ordered off the menu. We had: - we shared an order of Empanadas mix. - a buffet selection of Pulled pork with rice and I think pinto beans, a chicken stew, a cabbage vegetable mix, and a fried plantain (picture attached); - a buffet selection of Pulled pork with rice and black beans, a pork stew, a cabbage vegetable mix, and a mashed plantain side (Picture attached); Both were very good and filling (our RIT daughter took some back to her apartment near RIT). I think we could have substituted a salad for the cabbage mix. I don't think you can go away hungry from here. I had a mango fruit drink that I liked so much I had another. At only $12/each buffet plate, this is a very reasonably priced place to eat for what you get.
