We came here a few times. The first time is just to try a fire. You know pizza like a little small personal pizza type thing that comes out of the oven fresh and it's great. It's thin crust, cooked perfect. Not too hard. Not too soft because we got a couple of pre-made pizzas. We we didn't build our own cuz I wanted to just go with something that was already balanced toppings and it was delicious. I mean we've been back. I pretty much get the same one every time. I like the Greek one. It has the feta cheese on it. My wife likes the Hawaiian and I've had some of hers. They're both very good so I can't speak for all toppings but the pizzas we've had the three times you went have all been very good, cooked great and I swapped my swapped something once so you can easily swap. If you like a pre-made one you can swap out. You know meats or and a meat. Seems like there's no problem

Hands down the WORST PIZZA I have ever had. 69 years under my belt. Ordered a thin crust, with sausage, onions and red peppers. Minuscule amounts of each topping. Little tiny balls of sausage. The pesto topping was good. The crust was literally unchewable. Hard, dry and texture like it was put in the microwave. Disgusting. It was take out and I was not going back. Will NEVER eat at this chain again.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this restaurant. The service I received in person was always friendly and polite. I like that the transparency they provide by allowing you to see the process of how your pizza is made from start to finish. They are a bit on the expensive side, but compared to some of their competitors in the area, they are somewhat justified in their pricing. I recently had a not so great experience with an employee over the phone due to an error they made on my Door Dash order. I’m vegan , so I always try to notate that I would not like any cheese or meat on my pizza. When I order through Door Dash, it doesn’t have a “NO CHEESE” option. So I didn’t choose any cheese option - which “vegan cheese” is part of those options, in case you’re wondering. When I received my delivery, the pizza had cheese on it. After I had marked an issue on my order and received a credit for receiving the cheese, I called the store with the intent to pick up a new pie. I can’t remember the name of the young lady I spoke with but after I explained the situation to her she replied, “Oh yeah, in your note you said ‘vegan no meat no cheese,’ so we gave you vegan cheese.” I explained that I didn’t want cheese at all, she gave a sigh and then said she would just give me a refund. It was obvious she was annoyed, but I don’t understand why? I thanked her anyway and she quickly gave me a “mhmm” and hung up.

Super quick crew. All toppings can be designed as you want on various pizza sauces. The place is always clean and the staff are friendly. Busy most days I've been there but the wait is never long. Ice cream to top a nice meal off is great. Prices are reasonable as well! I'd highly recommend it there!
