Asked for them add cheese to the hamburger happy meal and just gave us cheese on a bun LOL it wasn't a difficult request, but I guess we're going meatless tonight. No ketchup or onions, literally just cheese on a dry bun. I even repeated it back when asked if I wanted anything else, nope, just the cheeseBURGER happy meal.

There is a young man that tends to work mornings I believe and is usually in the window. He is always such a joy. He’s so friendly so positive and always make sure to have a smile on his face. It’s so refreshing. just wanted to make sure his kindness was recognized and appreciated!!

I have to give a big shoutout to Ken at the McDonald's West Henrietta Road drive-thru—he is absolutely amazing! His bubbly, charming personality made the whole experience of waiting for your meal FUN. He has this joyful energy that makes you smile, laugh, and he looks like he enjoys his job.
