I ordered takeout and was duly surprised to see how quick the order was finished! I ordered the full rack of ribs with a side of fries and the wife had an order of lean brisket and pulled chicken with a side of the Mac n cheese. The ribs were delicious and tender, the meat was done well enough it didn't need any extra sauce but the sauce(bangy bold )just made them even better! The lean brisket was flavorful but still being juicy enough not to be called dry! Having lived in Texas for years this place definitely made us feel like we were there again! I'll be stopping here anytime I come through the area again!

If you could rate the service a 10, I would give it a 10! Stacy was great, greeted us when we walked in, and once we got to the counter and she found out we had never been there before she came around the counter and told us about the menu and gave insight on how their meats are prepared and explained the menu to us. She was AMAZING!!
Got our food very quickly and the food was just as great as the service, we love eating at Famous Dave’s (large chain of restaurants) and I have to be honest, this place is much better. All of the sauces are good, they have something for pretty much any taste out there. The seasonal side of corn casserole was amazing, if they have it when you stop in, GET IT!!
Amazing experience, we were just passing through and are very sad that they are so far from our hometown in rural Illinois. Great job! Keep up the great work! Don’t change a thing!
Being a veteran I also appreciate the patriotic atmosphere with a stress on recognizing veterans. You hit this one out of the park, and if we are ever passing through again we WILL be stopping in again!
