Nothing Bundt Cakes

I stumbled upon this cute establishment delivering an order and after a cancelation for my own bakery needs, I not only was given a sample to try which was fresh, moist, and delicious! I was overly impressed by the care and presentation of the final products. I purchased 2 different sets of mini bundts. They were all delicious and none tasted the same. They were a hit at a graduation party and not so traditional for someone looking for something different than the average cake. Customer service was awsome, ordering & pickup was effective as well efficient. I was greeted with a huge smile and departed with the same very pleased experience!! I will return.

My daughter and I have been meaning to stop by this place and finally did yesterday. It was a clean and friendly store with a wide variety of cakes and gifts.
We tried four different flavors and will return next week to try more!

Sooooooo good, I will have to go every two weeks to try something new and keep my figure.

I have always loved their cakes- so delicious! However they really impressed me with their commitment to delivering excellent service. I had ordered a large order and arranged for delivery for a big event and the Uber Eats delivery driver did not deliver to the right address…. I was panicking as I could not locate or reach the driver. I called the store upset and they tried to contact delivery and when they couldn’t reach they remade order and delivered themselves!!!!!!! So thankful. The mini Bundt cajes were a big hit!

This place is truly great! Excellent service! Theresa was kind and helpful during my first visit. Cakes were fresh and delicious. Many flavors to choose from. I will be back!

I have purchased from them twice so far and each time has been wonderful. Their cakes are delicious. I have yet to go to their shop, but have bought from them at the Wine and Chocolate Festival at the Convention Center. Always great quality cakes from these folks! Keep it up!

Love the store & these bundlets, i have tried every flavor, only dissapointed because their new or pop up flavors always starts on mondays and i can only go on saturdays because i work late and dont live close, by saturday most of the times their new flavors are sold out, i can order online or the app but i work late, wish they had another store in Greece.

I love their cakes. But their service absolutely sucks. I ordered a pickup through grubhub. They messed it up and gave it to someone else. Instead of accepting their mistake they remained dismissive and proceeded to convince my husband (who went to pick up the order) that there’s nothing they can do. If you are going to accept orders from grubhub may be educate the employees on how it works? Not to mention the extreme attitude and the tinge of discrimination in the store manager’s voice. I was on the phone the entire time and I could hear that attitude even over the phone. They immediately assumed my husband was the delivery driver (behaved with him like he was there to steal) and was almost turning him away had he not pushed to get the order. I come to google reviews to see if this was an isolated event and see that the store manager does have a reputation. I previously gave this place a 5 star. Well, as much as I love this place, I am never ordering from here again until there’s a change in attitude. My business probably does not matter, but seeing as the owner does care to respond to negative reviews, it is my request to them that don’t just apologize for the service, actually do something about the service…in other words so something about your manager.

I was really looking forward to getting Nothing Bundt Cakes, but my experience was ruined by the staff’s attitude. The woman helping me Thursday afternoon was incredibly rude and dismissive. My sister moved to NYC and doesn’t have a location nearby, her birthday is today and received an email for a free Bundtlet cake. Instead of just telling me I couldn’t use my sisters birthday reward when I presented her with the email, which would have been totally okay and I still would have bought one since they are only $5, she was condescending, nasty, and rude. Instead of being welcoming, she acted like I was a bother and treated me like I was trying to rob the place and made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the product, and sadly, this place failed miserably. I left without anything and made sure to let the lady know that she should be nicer to her next customer. Won’t be coming back and can’t recommend for anyone to come here, don’t risk getting her sarcasm and bad attitude.

We got a strawberries and cream 8 inch bundt cake for my kiddo's birthday. Everyone loved it and we had a few slices left over (6 adults, 3 little kids). I added my own sliced strawberries to the hollow in the middle of the cake and it was perfect. The folks working there were pleasant and helpful over the phone and in person.

Kid-friendliness: The kids at the party loved the cake and frosting.
