We did an order through door dash for 3 separate orders of wings. Lee the manager decided to combine the wings in one box even though they each had different special instructions. When I called to advise the order was wrong he blamed doordash. When I pulled up the order the special instructions showed clearly. He then said he mad a mistake and mistakes were ok and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for the order to be remade correctly and he declined. I asked for a refund and he declined. I asked to speak to the owner and he said to call back tomorrow. When I asked what about the people that paid for their food that is wrong, he said there was nothing he could do.

You should probably inform your staff that your website says you close at 8. Went in at 737, and the kid working there had nothing but an attitude because he was trying to get ready to close. If he wants to close earlier then maybe have the closing time change to earlier. So rude.

Wings were tasty. Pizza was very bland, like supermarket pizza. Also I witnessed them discarding many of the slices that they offer throughout the day. Such a wasteful thing. No wonder they charge $5 for a slice (to make up for all the ingredients and resources that are used to prepare the food that gets thrown out)

I took my wife, who has recently moved here from pa, to this pizza place on a lunch date during work. Not only was the food fast and high quality, but we ordered a side of fried dough because my wife wanted some and I enjoy spoiling her as much as I can. They gave us so much fried dough. It was a box that must have weighed 3 to 4 pounds, and it was pretty good. All in all my wife and I loved it and will definitely be returning.

I ordered 3 pizzas âonline orderâ the order was completely wrong!! They made NO attempt to correct so we had $100 worth of pizza that was THE WRONG ORDER!! They delivered all 3 pizzaâs red sauce plain pizza! No pepperoni, No garlic white! If you have guests and are looking for an order to be correct GO to another Pizza place!!

I went to this Perriâs and I was extremely impressed.The pepperoni slice was the biggest slice that Iâve have ever had.It was fresh and hot when we got it.But most importantly it tasted fabulous,Loads of pepperoni cheese and the crust was thick and generous,The price was a shock!The least expensive slice I think in Monroe County.Good if youâre on a budget.I am definitely going to make it a weekly routine!The store was very clean.Immaculate.
