On multiple occasions I've called up to place an order after taking the time to get consensus and figure out what to get only to have Perri's tell me, "Oh, we don't use the coupon on OUR website anymore" or "We decided you can't order combos tomorrow." Not worth the time dealing with an outfit that can't get their act together or use their website properly. No problem...taking my $150 order elsewhere.EDIT TO OWNER FEEDBACK: I wasn't trying to use a coupon on the Super Bowl. I was ordering off your menu on your website, which you changed with no indication until placing an order on the phone. Any other store would say, "I'm sorry we didn't put a new menu or an info banner on our website—let me make an exception." That is lousy customer service. Not sure why you think bad service should get average reviews.

So I went to Perri's tonight 1/26/24 and ordered boneless chicken it was cooked hard and drying ordered 2 big slices with pepperoni and banana peppers they didn't put it in the oven they just threw the peppers on there not cooked in at all. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!! SEEDS STILL IN THE PEPPERS!!!

This order was from the Henrietta Rd. Store. The pizza was tasty on time, and the price was reasonable. The only complaint was the toppings did not extend to the crust as much as 3 inches.

Received a slice right out of oven and it was a floppy mess of mozzarella cheese. There was no under carriage and had no crispness at all. I could not eat with my hand. Had to use a knife and fork. Employees were clueless about what they were serving. First rule of thumb on selling slices is that they must be cold and reheated in the oven to achieve an under carriage to hold in hand.
Ordered pizza and BONELESS wings tonight. Went to pick it up then got home and the wings were regular bone-in wings. By then four had been eaten. Husband called the restaurant and the MANAGER said we had to RETURN 80% if what had not been eaten to get the food we actually ordered. HUH? What kind of wacky customer service is this? Terrible way to treat customers. Second time we've had trouble with this restaurant fulfilling our order. Never again, Perri's.

Food is great but one thing I didn’t like I call them to place an order for pizza and they tell me it’s first come first serve I understand that but I called to order it makes no sense on why you guys can’t just make it for when I get there and you have nothing ready when I do when I called 20 minutes before and have to wait an extra 10 mins In the parking lot. other then that it’s a great place to get food.

Service was not good at all. I ordered a slice of buffalo chicken pizza, and I only got 2 pieces of meat on the whole pizza slice. I don't recommend it at all.
