Found a long black hair in my wings, which were undercooked anyway. The pizza was good, but the place has serious problems with cleanliness, and the inside looks like a filthy warehouse. They need to shut this place down, clean the hell out of it, and get it back on track. This is not the Pontillos I remember growing up in Rochester.

Pizza was great. Wings were dark and overcooked. Mozz sticks were over fried and dark. And empty of cheese. Looked like fried rigatoni tubes

Chicken wing excellent. Delivery. Excellent.Pizza. . Everyone took a bit and threw out . Didn't want to call and complain. Because we didn't want another pizza. That white is ricotta cheese and I ordered meatballs bell peppers and .mushrooms .

Usually go to this location. I went in early morning on 5/9/2022 and wanted a slice. I was greeted with a guy that seemed annoyed and the door was originally locked. I understand that you’re short staffed but if food wasn’t prepared just say that kindly.

The second I opened the pizza box I could see something was wrong. The pizza was soggy and looked like it wasn't even cooked. It smelled like rancid fish. It was cold to the touch. I took a slight bite and nearly threw up. My dog wouldn't even eat it. ? disgusting.

Had some incredible pizza from Pontillo’s Henrietta location! A little pricey, but most food is now anyways. I will definitely be coming back.

This is my first time ordering from this place. Never again waste of money and it was nasty sorry but is the truth . Why cause it was super hard to eat over cook and burn and they ain't cut it good either. You have to struggle to eat that pizza..

We ordered our pizza using Google toast. Our pizza was done in 20 minutes and when we got it home, it was so freaking hot I had to wait to eat it. Pontillos has been our go to pizza for so long we forget how good it really is. Tonight's pizza was as good as it gets. Thanks guys.Google toast is an extension used for food ordering. It works better than some restaurants own sites. Flawless order and payment for tonight's dinner.

Pizza taste very good like the pontillos in bushnells basin. Pricing is good. I would recommend turning the oven a little higher as my pie was a little under. Nbd I finished in my oven.
