Really disappointed this morning my grande was filled to the very top with ice. Never have I ever seen this much ice in a grande before. Got abut 5 sips out of this $7-8 drink. Do better pls

The girl working on Thursday, July 10th at 2:30 in the afternoon had excellent customer service! I was waiting in line for my drink and it was taking a little, they were definitely busy and I can’t blame them! When my drink came, the girl handed me two Starbucks gift cards on them.

I had such a lovely experience at the Starbucks drive-thru thanks to Nina! From the moment she greeted us, her warm and welcoming voice made us feel instantly at ease. She has such a kind, angelic attitude that truly brightened our day. What touched me most was the sweet compliment she gave my daughter—it made her smile from ear to ear. Nina’s genuine kindness and positive energy are a beautiful reminder of how much a thoughtful interaction can mean. Thank you, Nina, for making our visit so special!

This was the worst experience and starbucks I have ever had. Not only were they dedicating all their attention to the drive thru but they had no grande cups but then there was a woman who may have been keyholder on duty she was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT WAS DRESSED INAPPROPRIATELY FOR WORK. Her stomach and back were constantly exposed and she had no sense of urgency. The woman who cashed me out for my pink drink was amazing and so was the young man who actually tried to communicate that it was coming. People that came in after me were getting their drinks. It wasn't right and the UNPROFESSIONAL person couldn't be bothered. I don't think I will be back to starbucks again.
I ordered a matcha latte at the drive through. They made a hot one instead of a cold one (which I wanted) the guy at the window was nice and told me they’ll just make an iced one, however when I got it, it tasted like it was made with tap water. Literally. They clearly were upset that they had to do their job. This is horrible, $6 for a latte made with water is ridiculous. And yes I know bzc I left that store and went to the one in West Henrietta and ordered the same latter and it was completely different. This is absolute BS.

The team at the Henrietta Starbucks are always upbeat, friendly, and prompt in service. I love how calm and quiet the vibe is inside. I've read or worked on my laptop without any disturbance. Perfect for studying or getting work done with a great atmosphere and even better service 👍 😀 👌 👏

I need to say, I'm not a regular starbucks client, I came in saying I'm sorry in advance, I'm trying to make this dubai chocolate drink on tik tok, I've made it 3x this is my 4th, and let me say they made it the best, I asked for light ice, it wasn't, I didn't get her name, which i regret, but she added more for me, it was a treat for me, since I don't get out much..I loved it.
