The girl working on Thursday, July 10th at 2:30 in the afternoon had excellent customer service! I was waiting in line for my drink and it was taking a little, they were definitely busy and I can’t blame them! When my drink came, the girl handed me two Starbucks gift cards on them.

I had such a lovely experience at the Starbucks drive-thru thanks to Nina! From the moment she greeted us, her warm and welcoming voice made us feel instantly at ease. She has such a kind, angelic attitude that truly brightened our day. What touched me most was the sweet compliment she gave my daughter—it made her smile from ear to ear. This was the worst experience and starbucks I have ever had. Not only were they dedicating all their attention to the drive thru but they had no grande cups but then there was a woman who may have been keyholder on duty she was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT WAS DRESSED INAPPROPRIATELY FOR WORK. Her stomach and back were constantly exposed and she had no sense of urgency. The woman who cashed me out for my pink drink was amazing and so was the young man who actually tried to communicate that it was coming. People that came in after me were getting their drinks. It wasn't right and the UNPROFESSIONAL person couldn't be bothered. I don't think I will be back to starbucks again.
