Located in Walmart store near Main Entrance area .All menu items as stand alone units. Fast service as not many people looking for food !! Seating availability fresh veggies and bread was warmed before.

If u don’t want food poisoning avoid this place take my advice, I ordered a sandwich the cheese was frozen or spoilt and the bread wasn’t toasted nothing avoid this place

⚠️ Warning about the Subway inside Walmart on Marketplace Dr. in Henrietta (store #1619). ⚠️

I placed an order through the Subway app for Geneseo, but the app switched it to the Henrietta Walmart location instead. When I tried to resolve it, the worker there was unfriendly, difficult to communicate with, and refused to help me get a refund.

I was charged $15.04 on a gift card and $6.86 on my Visa for food I never received. I’m now working with Subway corporate and my bank to get my money back.

Please double-check your Subway app orders and be careful with this location — customer service here was not helpful at all

This place is absolutely on point. Everything is fresh. Everything is clean. The staff are friendly. My only complaint is a big one. There's never any serious amount of meat on the sandwiches. I mean look at my pictures. The salad part is amazing. The assembly is gorgeous. It's a full sandwich. With no recognizable amount of meat on it.

8 out of 10 times they will deliver incorrect online order. Either the sauces are not added as mentioned or add-ons are not added. There were 3-4 times when they didn't gave the cookies.

As other reviews have stated, this Subway has poor customer service, poor quality food, lacks cleanliness. The two staff members that served me were very rude when asked questions and blatantly ignored them. When eating, the employee that served me could be heard talking to another employee about me.

Subway has fallen off. Tell me why I had to pay 10$ for a shrunken footlong. Not only that, but there was also a 2$ charge for water. Not to mention that the dining room was dirty, and service was slow.

Overall awful experience. Just go to a real sub shop.

The only employee worth working here is the younger man who works most nights he does a good job is clean and friendly. however the couple who appears to run this business are awful people. If asked for some tap water they will deny you. Even though it is against Subway policy and the law in New York to deny anyone customer or not running clean water if it is available.

God awful service by the couple that run this place. Have eaten here before and the food is OK but they refused a cup of water to my girlfriend and the guy instead screamed at her telling her to buy water if she needs it so bad. Where's the humanity?

Ok first off a lot of the pictures representing this Subway show it is next to a "Dollar Tree"... its inside a Walmart Super Center!Second, they just passed that Subway is supposed to be slicing the meats as ordered, this Subway's owners/employees have been seen by myself and others bringing into the restaurant presliced meats from the local BJ's store! So much for slicing the meats AS ORDERED! Have they not learned to stop using presliced meat and having it go bad on them.Someone needs to have them reported to their corporation!
