The service is completely slower than molasses, they picked up my order and moved it three times with a square foot section What is the name on the tag and then put it back down as I was standing right at the counter and it was a pick up order! Zero ambition zero give a single squat! If I could give this place a negative star I would have. To watch employees throw food on the fryers or the quesadilla fries or smack them in the bags like they’re unwanted garbage. Don’t waste your time go to McDonald’s Burger King or Wendy’s it’s down the road around the corner

Consistently the best TB around, I eat here too often to just be getting lucky with full burritos and tacos, and it's often hot not just warm. Everyone at the window has been friendly.

I don't understand one thing if lots of peoples complaints still they doing something how many times person can complaint if I buy enhchilata burrito chicken is missing they just filled up with lettuce and sour cream and says enjoy your happy meals

30 minute drive thru wait (lobby was closed) just to get cold food since it was already made from mobile order. Everytime I pickup food from this restaurant it is extremely slow, management must really suck since they’re always understaffed

It's 9:30 Am and James L is "the only person" currently working. James was notifying patron when the arrived though the drive though, informing us that they are currently short staffed and thus there may be a wait and that they appreciate our patience. "They being him" I appreciate James being transparent and I was happy to wait. Once I got to the windows I asked how many people were working as I could he beeps, and shuffling but did not see anyone until James arrive at the windows with my food and to take my payment. That is when I was told it was just him!. I truly hope James gets a generous promotion and a raise, with dedication and professionalism like this, this young man could be runing a number of his own stores oneday! Thank.you James and good luck!
I absolutely do not recommend eating at this place. It is totally harmful to health. See pictures of the lack of cleaning in the toilet used by both guests and employees. There is also dirt in the corners of the restaurant and the soda machine is not clean either. We must hope that the kitchen is cleaner. Are there really no food authorities that can order this kind of thing in the US?

We were in the parking lot doing our online order and were told they were closed at 9:45pm and are supposed to be open until 1am? Do these guys want to work? Something is fishy. You can literally check the cameras around this time as all the employees were standing and laughing while one came out and told us they were closed.. Went to Jefferson instead.

This is the worst taco bell I've been to. Portions for each item are smaller than any other taco bell (aren't these a corporate measurement?). Barely anything in the crunchy tacos. Chips and cheese had about ten chips total per bag. Steak quesadilla with extra steak was practically flat. Even taco bell should have standards. Picture is from before I ate any of the chips. Very disappointed.

Stop here atleast once a month, wait time is always long.. THIS time we waited over 30min for a few burritos.. Also the A/C must have been stuck on because you could see your breath in the dining room! Ridiculous!
