I love coming here everybody is always so nice. It is hard to find good customer service skills these days but they definitely have it, and are an absolute pleasure to be around. Everybody is always so sweet and friendly and will make you laugh. You guys are lucky to have such a great crew at this location

No Chili despite being on IN-STORE menu No Soups, despite being IN-STORE menu No Ice Cream, despite signs at roadside. Got three steak Chipotle wraps. Instead of telling me they were nearly out of steak the guy minimized the amount to less than half what is normally in them. Whole visit was a waste of $25.66. (Order 409315904) on 8/26/24 @ 1255.

Stopped here as a treat for my kids, and to get some much needed coffee. While ordering, one son was having a cow in the back seat and I gave him the stern Mama Bear lecture. I apologized to the lady at the drive thru window for having to hear that. She said they're all moms and they got a kick out of it.So - if you're a mom or dad and you're stopping here with the kids - the drive thru ladies are all wonderful and understanding if your kids are being obnoxious. On another occasion my husband brought our kids to this location and he said the staff behind the counter were very friendly to them and he appreciated it.Food was ok, my coffee was missing creamer but that's no biggie - I added my own when I got home. My Timbits were fresh tasting and had a nice crunch to them. My sons loved their food and said it was really good.I will return to this Timmy's in the future.

Employee name “Bilal” rude, arrogant, very nasty with a bad demeanor. Snaps over the speaker at the drive through. Shoves a full cup of hot coffee with the lid on an angle. I will NEVER go back to this store. We patronize Tim’s 10 times a week. Last time after today. This employee should be terminated for how he treats customers.I did call guest services following this incident. I have never experienced this from any service I ever visited. Several weeks ago he did the same to my wife. She went into the store and confronted him. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of keeping an employee of his character.
