Lisa has got to be one of the best to-go specialists in Herkimer, NY. She made sure my order was correct and packed neatly and even asked me if I needed anything before I left the lot. She is very friendly, hardworking, and passionate about the job that she does. Keep up the good work!

Car side to go is extremely disorganized. I was at the restaurant 5 minutes before my order said complete. Then i waited another 45 minutes after calling to let them know i was there before even getting my food brought out and it was all cold. Also the chicken tenders were the size of chicken nuggets
The food is amazing. This is my first Time rating his place but I only have one issue. I’ve ordered over 20 times from this Applebee’s in Herkimer and never an issue. Great employees great service great atmosphere. My only issue is that The two last times I ordered food I’ve seen in here inside of my food the first Time when I took a bite, the hair was literally in my mouth. I almost swallowed it so I threw up everything and left the second time one after another I saw another white hair hanging out of it so I threw the whole thing out. I love the employees I love the service everybody’s amazing. That’s like my only issue if they can wear something to cover their hair, I’d be perfect.

The past few times I've had food from here it was trash. The steak was pure fat and not cooked properly. The meal is good if you eat there but everytime I get carside to go they give me the worst looking steaks I've ever seen. Luckily the meal came with a side so I still had something to eat

The waiter took mad long to give me my food, by the time I got my food it was cold. They took it back to give me another plate and the sauce was old with a crunchy layer on top… If the waiter did her job properly I wouldn’t have had a problem.

Our server Carolyn was great and concerned of our orders! The bathrooms are DISGUSTING (we were in here right after they opened so its not like 100 people used it) along with the carpets are black. Food was good except for the fact that I asked for NO tomatoes in my salad but come to find out they put them in and then covered them up with more lettuce, THEY (the cooks) will learn their lesson when someone has an allergic reaction and get sued!!!!!

my server Rachel S. was amazing. she was very kind after our long road trip. i mentioned it and she offered to bring take-out cups of water for the rest of the ride home. we were there around 10:30 p.m. not to mention the wait was basically non-existent. she brought the food out to us not even 5 minutes of us being there.
