Nuggets could have been fresher service was excellent very friendly but the Powerade tasted like it had soap in it and the ketchup station is very oily also they are keeping the cleaning supplies under the drink station
Waited for much to long inside. Tables and floors were dirty. People on food seemed to know what they were doing ?. But after finally getting my food, the cookies for my grandson and milkshake I had to ask for twice. The apple juice for my grandson was completely omitted and I grew tired of asking for the remainder of my paid order. I love Burger King but unfortunately it was a very bad experience.
Very friendly staff. Feels more like a family restaurant than a fast food place. Made my burger just the way I wanted and was perfect. fries were hot and fresh and kids love the kids meals. Recommend over other fast food in Herkimer.
