This is the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. Service sucks. The product is not consistent. The people that work there are more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers. You simply have to do better:( I will be driving to the Ilion location from now on

If I could put zero stars I would I said I wanted everything except the freaking pieces and she literally just gave me a frozen coffee with nothing on top like no I wanted EVERYTHING except the pieces how slow can people be and then I said frappe and she caught an attitude with me and said we don't have frappes like bruhhhhhhh frappes are frozen coffee ughhhhhhhh the slowness is just unreal

Workers refused to acknowledge the line of customers inside. Instead they stood gossiping about their hookups. I would’ve included names but the workers had no name tags. After repeated hellos from the line, a darker skinned female with short hair finally attended to us with an attitude.

Manager with darker skin and extremely short hair was very rude. Gave me an issue about my order, gave me an attitude and raised her voice at me. She goes “whatever I guess I’ll just remake it” while yelling. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning
It doesn't matter if I order through the app or inside the wait time is in sane insane. If we're talking about Herkimer New York Duncan I wouldn't even bother going due to the wait time. The Albany one I always order there in the morning really early through the app and that's always pretty quick. So with that said order between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and you'll get your stuff pretty quick. Anything later not a chance

The lady who took our order was very rude and when I got home she had messed up our order it was a med ice coffee brown surger cookie 2 shots of half and half. When I got home she gave us half decaf half regular. When I called she said I was wrong that I said I wanted half and half coffee and she offered to remake my coffee but I live 15 min away and she wanted me to bring the messed up coffee back. The service was so horrible very upsetting
