I was there 45 minutes, watched them give my apps to the wrong table and then told me they were out of what I had ordered. They tried to subsidize it with bread that wasnt fully baked. Then had an attitude when I asked for my bill so I could just go to Burger King.

What a horrible experience, been to this place more than once and had good food and good service, me and my family decided to go out tonight for drinks and a dinner to celebrate a new job, we sat down to a very short and unpleasant server. She told us it was $2 domestic drink night so I ordered a fat tire, she snapped and said that’s not a domestic, weird but whatever so i settles for the one out of 3 choices a bud light, my mother ordered a blue moon, no big deal, when the waitress returned with drinks i took one sip and immediately knew this drink wasn’t good, to make sure it wasn’t just me, because i don’t normally drink bud light, I had my sister a very experienced bar tender take a try, she immediately also knew it was not good, my mom took a sip of hers and it was sour too. When the bartender returned with the other drinks I very politely asked her if maybe she could try another draw, thinking maybe it was the first one of the night and needed to be ran, my mother also asked something along that line to her, she very snidely said that their was nothing wrong with the drink and that it won’t matter because the next one will taste the same, kinda like a “if you don’t like it to f$:,ing bad” type of statement, the whole party kinda looked at each other like did she really just say that, so anyways we kinda shrugged it off and i ordered a bottle of mich ultra, we decided we would just finish our drinks and leave and go somewhere else, well this then triggered the waitress and she walked away from the table, mumbling and saying something to the other server, she never returned, as we all finished our drinks a member of the party walked out to bar to pay for drinks so that we could all get out of their, ended up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for that, and was shorted money, but after that we were all eager to leave, as we were leaving a couple was coming through the entrance, as we pulled out we looked back and the same waitress and the male from the from the couple walking in as we left were standing by the window flipping us off and laughing as we left, now I’m not sure who the owner of this establishment is but i would hope that they don’t condone this behavior and would contact me about this, this was extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful, it’s very sad too, there is not much to choose from for restaurants in the valley, unfortunately this is one business me, or any of my family will patronize again. We ended up going to asteroga house for dinner and had excellent food and service.

Most restaurants don’t take the time for real, romaine fresh salad. Many use cheap iceberg lettuce, which offers zero nutritional value, and digests as water in your system. Jamo’s prepares FRESH salad that both tastes better, and your body will thank you for.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Where I moved from was a very big culinary epicenter and finding something here that compared I was worried would be hard but this place blew my mind!! Everything and I mean everything is homemade right down to the butter that they give you for the bread basket as a matter of fact we asked if we could buy some to bring home it was so amazing but everything was amazing the butter the dinners the people the atmosphere it was all amazing!! The people were great the food was great I loved it and we will be coming back many times in the future!!

This a place was awesome!! Everything was homemade right down to the butter in the bread basket which by the way I bought some to take home with me because it was so good!! The people were great I saw the same way just fall twice and instead of being embarrassed instead of complaining she picked herself up and cleaned up broken dishes and food twice and kept it going smiled all the way!! The dishes were humongous the amount of food was ridiculous even on the kids meal there was enough in one kids meal for three kids!! Everything was made from scratch and everything tasted phenomenal!! We just moved to the area and my in-laws were with me I was very nervous that we would find a place that would meet everyone's standards but this will knocked it out of the ballpark it was amazing thank you guys for the best food we've had in a long time we will continue to recommend you to everyone we know!!

Always wanted to try. The portions were outstanding and brought home leftovers. Very nice and clean inside with friendly waitstaff. Only downside was that the prime rib was very rare when wife asked for medium. Might have gotten someone else's. Hopefully this was a one time mistake. I will try this restaurant again!

I've been here twice, the food has been good and definitely above average. It can be loud because of the way the ceiling is. I would say give it at least one try.

One particular waitress is incredibly rude. I ordered a tofu and broccoli meal, which was supposed to come with a glazed soy sauce dressing, however instead I got no broccoli and they just dumped what seemed like chicken riggies sauce on it. While what they gave me wasn't terrible, it wasn't the meal I ordered as advertised. I'd suggest if they are incapable of serving this dish as displayed on the menu, they remove it as well as counseling the waitress on basic courtesy.

I stopped in with friends and enjoyed the 16oz prime rib special on a Saturday. It was delicious and I had a glass of Cab with it. Btw, best croutons I've ever had in a salad! Will visit again if I'm in the area!

Very good, we got there a little late coming from the races in Saratoga so it was quiet. Service was great and food was excellent. Large portions and good selection. My son had the Herkimer burger, it had Bacon and mac's cheese on it. Fries were great.
