Always packed. I made an online order and put that I was there and I went there 30 minutes later and it still wasn't started. This is a normal thing. We dread going there it takes forever.. This time I got burned fries "freshly made". They made the milkshake and sundae 20 mins before the food so it was melted. Listen I love mcd but the wait times are insane in Herkimer. Just go to the next city over. Not to mention they had two people at the counter that I'm positive cannot read. I say this because I had to read them the receipt of what I got and my name and he looked at it and I had to read it again before he would give me cups 😂

Went there on Dec 27th 945 got a sausage McGriddle and these mofos got the wrapper right but put a different sandwich in the McGriddle wrapper. Wasn’t even busy. Yet these ppl want 20 an hour. SMH for the money I spent and not eat the crap they gave me, I’m staying away from Mcdz. The reviews for most mcdz, but especially this one isn’t worth paying for stuff you didn’t even order. There’s local places you’ll get what you order and it’s fresh n not full of chemicals like mcdz garbage so-called food. Mcdz can suck deez nutz. Never again.

This food is toxic. I came with my family and we all got food to eat, 15mins later my daughter throwing up my wife nauseous, I’m in the bathroom. I thought it was a smart idea to go there with my friends a few weeks later and same results my friends throwing up and I’m back on the toilet. STAY AWAY!!!! McDonald’s please come and investigate this store I don’t know what’s wrong with it back it’s toxic

Service at this mcdonald's location is unacceptable. I waited for 25 minutes in one of the drive thru lanes for a basic pickup order with no cars in front of me meanwhile they kept taking orders from the other drive thru lane and kept telling me to wait. "Be right with you" then taking 4 orders in the other lane is ridiculous. If you want fast food without a ridiculous wait I recommend burger king down the road their employees actually understand how a line works.
Waited almost an hour to get 3 sandwiches, a large fry, and 2 large sodas. Had to request a refund because I had no time. Employees in grill area were very slow and employees running front counter were putting together orders for the drive thru and 6 people were waiting on food after we ordered.

This is one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is quick and friendly and I’ve never had an issue with the food. The atmosphere is what you’d expect at a fast food restaurant but everything else about this location is very good.
