This is the worst pizza hut in history no one answered the phone at 8 pm and the main number took my order and then patched me thru to the store that never answered

Lazy lazy with food prep. Sticky tables. Lousy customer service. We waited 20 minutes then had to go get the bill ourselves as I went up again with cash in hand no one to be seen at the counter. But can be heard having personal conversations in the kitchen. I just left the cash and went about my night. Will not be returning.

Waitress and staff were cursing and talking about selling "special candy" the boneless wings were undercooked and we waited 30 mins to recieve the bill before approaching the desk to ask someone to check us out. The bread sticks had cinnamon on them. The food was rushed and sloppy. Overall, they don't deserve the default star they got. Never going back. I'll stick with new Hartford, way better service.

First of all, I love pizza hut, I've always been a fan, especially of their crust, and their cheesy breadsticks mmmm. But I especially have to give this pizza hut a great review and a huge thank you, I dropped my wallet in their parking lot last night and it was found and brought in and immediately the staff called me until I answered, told the that it was found, and that all of my money was there, and sure enough it was. So thank you pizza hut staff and whoever found my wallet. Thank you SO much!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. I think their recipe for the bread sticks is off. Very dry and extremely bland

Friendly staff and clean establishment. Pizza Hut tastes like Pizza Hut. What else can I say that a nice friendly, clean, and quick staff goes along way. Good job!

There was one girl that was taking orders, cooking and serving. She had a great personality, very cheerful. We had breadsticks, boneless chicken wings and pizza. Everything tasted wonderful. I highly recommended Pizza Hut in Herkimer !!!!
