Employees yell at you for asking a question. Very rude and demeaning. I asked a simple question and was berated by the staff. I did nothing to deserve being talked to that way.

I ordered online a titan turkey and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs for pick up. The turkey did not have the right amount of meat for the titan turkey sub and the chicken sub I asked for it to be toasted and it wasn't. Not impressed with this Subway location. Definitely not worth the $20 I spent.

The young gentleman working tonight was extremely polite and friendly. He made the honey barbecue chicken sub absolutely perfect! Excellent service and excellent food. I would highly recommend!

There's nothing in the sandwich anymore almost zero the reason they hide the preparation it's because the portions are so ridiculously small

Great food with very friendly customer service, along with quick sandwich making as well.
Tried to pick up my order, and it wasn't ready yet. Two people tried to help but the second didn't recognize what the first said and asked me. The first probably tired to help too much. Then the second assumed I was making up a name for the order when i was answering the first worker the name of sub on rack. It was weird. Then the nerve to ask if I know the people ordering the subs because I don't know what Chips they liked as they were out of original ones ordered.

Ordered subs for pickup. Got home one piece of meat on each half of sub. It was made sloppy and I got mostly bread. Will not go back. The picture below is what half of it looked like.. unreal.

11/25/2023 2:30 p.mDisgusting. Over a dozen huge flies flying all over the vegetables and meats and cheeses, landing on all of it with nothing covered. On top of that everything looking old and withered like it hasn’t been changed out in days. Workers look like they just crawled out of the sewer and unhygienic. The woman worker couldn’t even be bothered to greet or say someone will be right with you, then the male worker exits directly from the bathroom and goes and puts gloves on without even washing his hands before preparing food. This subway needs to get audited and shut down before someone gets very sick.!

Wish I could rate the service ZERO STARS You know it’s bad when someone takes their time to write out a paragraph for a review.. Today I went to this location for the first time, I was served by the “manager Sharon” who was extremely rude! I asked politely for avocado and she rolled her eyes like it was a big deal even though I am willing to pay extra! Id say she’s a very rude employee and bad role model for the people she’s around. Thats what you call a liability… if you want good subway with no trouble your better off going 5 min to Mohawk or little falls.
