I must have caught them right before they closed, a little after 11pm. Drive thru was a little busy. The lady in the speaker talked me into up sizing my order for a second side and larger drink. Got the food in decent time. Pulled away and started my drive home, bit into my biscuit and it was hard, extremely dry and crumbled into pieces with each bite. It was very old should have been thrown out easily over an hour ago. Choked that down cause I was starving. Figured I would enjoy my potato wedges before they got cold. Guess what.... They should have been tossed in the trash right along with the biscuit. I didn't even attempt the Mac and cheese, went straight to the tenders. They weren't fresh either š. Just my luck. On the bright side, I didn't choke on my way home. Part of me wondered had I ordered from the Taco Bell side, would the food been better? š¤ Who knows.... Maybe next time.

I am a very loyal customer to taco bell and kfc but i honestly wouldnāt really want to go to this location again. Last night they told me to pull around for my one item and I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, I pulled around the drive thru and sat there while people looked at me, someone finally came up and I politely said I was waiting on a burrito I paid for, and she grabbed it for me, the burrito was alright but then I told her I got a large baja blast with no ice that was completely flat, and asked if she could get me a new one. she proceeded to tell me that all the soda are flat right now and now iām thinking in my head why would they serve me something that is flat knowingly? She told me she could get me a lemonade or fruit punch and I ended up getting a small lemonade with ice.

It took them 3 times to make my food. They screwed up my food each time. The guy at the cash register was nice and understanding about it. I just donāt understand how they were able to screw up a whole order multiple times in one order.

Food is always good. Usually a long line but I get in fast sometimes. Customer service is pretty good. I'll go back for the food, it's so good and I love that KFC and Taco Bell are both combined. It's weird going to just Taco Bell and trying to get honey and they're like ma'am we don't have honey. Oh yes because I'm blessed to have KFC and Taco Bell together. 5 stars because yum.
