Went here for lunch with friends while visiting Central NY. It's casual with a pleasant atmosphere along the canal. The service was good - friendly and helpful. The food was mixed - a steak salad was very good (a bit pricey but beef is everywhere). A Ruben sandwich was not so good - minimal meat and toppings. The waitress intervened and made an effort to fix the problem. Chicken sandwich was good, but small. The french fries were excellent. Overall a nice stop with friends...
We went here on a Friday night. Place was busy but we were seated right away. Service was quick. My husband and I both had fish fries. He liked his food & mine was ok. The sun was shining which bounced off the mirror behind me , so the sun was in my eyes. I should have asked to move but I didn’t want to be a bother. I did switch seats either my husband, but. both seats were about the same
Amazing first time at the Waterfront Grille! Had a great time with my wife! From the service to the food, I was thoroughly impressed! The filet mignon was cooked well and seasoned to perfection!
