The a.c was blasting on a cold rainy day, and after several customers complained how cold it was, the a.c was never turned off. And this is my 4th time eating at this location and always noticing flies hovering around you while you're trying to eat. It's is a bit pricey here compared to other stores serving the same food.

This is a kosher deli but there's nothing to tell you it's a kosher deli. There is seven people in only one guy on register I waited over 20 minutes on my lunch break just to be told they don't have bacon they have veggie bacon considering I was getting a bacon egg and cheese. but they'll still put cheese on bread and everything together that they don't at other kosher delis so basically I hope you don't want any breakfast or meal with bacon in it just go somewhere else the wait time is ridiculous every staffer is doing online order and they allow a line to form with only one person at the register while everyone else is cooking online orders I'm sure it's fine if you like kosher and you do online order other than that avoid this place in New York there's 10,000 bagel places that do it better and cheaper. This is not a bagel boss this is a cheap imitation a real bagel boss is not a kosher deli and if it is kosher they have a specific section for preparing non-kosher items so they don't mix these people are lazy and cater to whoever has more money and I guess in this area it's people who only go to kosher deli. Support a smaller Deli and not a chain Deli they have delicious food and if there's a kosher deli it's clearly labeled

Most disgusting bagels I’ve ever had. Considering how popular this chain is I expected better. Bagels had no taste in it, extremely nasty. Never coming back here again.
