Never got to taste the food. Long line, lack of help. What made me leave was a Grubpub person came to pick up an order, ask to order something. Counterperson said yes, turned to me and said, you wait. That was it for me,after waiting 10 min and then told to wait even longer. No thanks.

For context, I’ve been coming here for years. If you are ordering online DO NOT RELY ON THEM to get the order right or to be on time. Its almost always 10-30 minutes late. Its a literal coin toss on whether or not they’ll actually read the ticket instead of giving you whatever the hell they want. My time and money have been wasted way too many times now.

The bagel was fresh, but TOO EXPENSIVE! How can you charge $5.18 cent for a bagel with plain cream cheese. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Plain cream cheese. Nothing else!!! This is ridiculous. Plain bagel with butter almost $3.50. So total for 2 bagels $8.98. Yes, this is over the top.
