I went when it was packed and they managed to get through the line pretty smoothly, got the order correct, and the food was good. I didn't sit down to eat there but was satisfied.

Solid menu, ample seating.Stopped in on a whim, and grabbed a pie and fries. Was busy (Saturday night), so there was a bit of a wait.Pizza was nice with a delicious sauce, and the fries were amazing. Perfectly cooked with a crisp outside and fluffy soft inside. I would have loved to give this place 5-stars all around. However:1. Having a bunch of different people servicing (taking order, receiving payment, collecting the items, etc) makes for a confusing shopping experience. We had to repeat our order to each person and ask for our drinks three times, to three different people and no one said "I'll get it for you."2. I saw two instances of poor hygiene protocol. One worker was eating and handling food from his mouth. Using the same ungloved/unwashed hands to handle people's orders. Another worker licked his thumb (to make it easier to lift a paper, I presume), and did not wash his hand nor use gloves when handling food immediately afterwards.I would love to come back and see an improvement in these two areas and update the rating.
