They forgot to make my order. When they made it they forgot to add to add the soy sausage. So the manager told the individual who made the sandwich to put it in she put it in FROZEN. I hate incompetence. They were always excellent. They weren’t even apologetic. This is the last time I will go to this establishment. I would like someone from upper management to get in touch with me

I only bought a gift card.I noted that there is only one exit. The other door was locked on the outside and blocked by a display on the inside. Note to self: don't be in the store in case of emergency.

Absolutely garbage staff. I was here 11th December around 5pm and I ordered bagel minis and hash browns. This should not take longer than 5 mins. I waited 15 mins and had to leave with nothing as my train was coming. This is the second time this has happened at this exact store. Whoever is in charge of this kitchen needs to do some serious work. Lazy.
3 times in a row they didn’t send me the right order i mean completely off.its almost like it’s on purpose.this is via uber eats something is very fishy about this.

I love Dunkin’ Doughnuts! I enjoy the doughnuts and the drinks.All doughnuts are very amazing. My usual doughnut order is a Boston cream. I really enjoy eating it.As far as drinks, my favorite drink is a frozen chocolate. Think of it as a hot chocolate, but in a coolatta form.If you take the LIRR to work. It is right next to the station. Great place to grab a coffee.
