there’s some new guy there some big young guy with glasses and it’s very weird. i put my drink to be made with water and no lemonade. i watch him pour lemonade (keep in mind this was a mobile order and they were very busy so i had no idea this drink was for me) and then he gave it to me and i told him super nicely that i asked for the water version and he looked at the receipt and told me oh you should’ve told me while i was making it. like what? and i told him i didn’t know it was mine and he is just staring at me and remade it while he keeps looking at me with this weird smile as if i was the problem. new hire btw
THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I ordered online two drinks and a snack. When I arrived at the store nobody was paying attention to the customers. I had to call three time to a employee to see if my order was ready. When finally someone told me it wasn't I had to wait like 20 minutes. I employee came, and old men who looked like Hagrid from harry potter but short, with the long and messy hair and beard, the mesy clothes. His appearance was very disgusting. He asked me four more times what I ordered, and I told him how many times he will asked me the same he very disrespectful began to imitate me. In the end he threw me the order in a bad way.
This is no the way you treat a customer, never go to buy anything in this store. Customer service. 0

They do not tell you good morning, More than one occasion my name was turn the opposite direction. I I touch and turn around all the cops to see if my order was ready. I asked one time if they could announce the order and a young lady turn and say that she’s too busy to call names, l spoke with the manager he said that it was wrong of her to say that, but it seems like he’s OK with it because she was not discipline. I went by more than one occasion and the same thing happened, no greetings no thank you. I will not return to that Location There is no appreciation and I felt so disrespected.

Extremely Disappointed
The service at this Starbucks is consistently terrible. The wait times are ridiculously long, and the staff moves at a painfully slow pace with no sense of urgency. On top of that, the drinks are often made incorrectly or sloppily. It feels like no one is paying attention to quality or customer experience. Definitely not what you’d expect from a brand like Starbucks.

The staff here is very friendly and efficient. Bruce especially was kind and struck up a friendly conversation. He also was familiar with several people around me’s orders. Thanks all!

We didn't use to have any issues with this store. However, the past couple of times we've ordered here have had either wrong, missing, or mixed up items.

Very rude and disrespectful staff! I am quite appalled by an utmost abomination of an excursion taking place within this ‘Starbucks’.
Slow service and terrible customer service.
I got an email from corporate offering fifty percent off drinks. I waited online while the servers were just going very slow and A few seconds past 6, when the sale was over, they tried to finalize my purchase.The discount no longer applied. Instead of giving me a Courtesy for waiting.They looked at me and said well.Now it's full price Because it is after six. They only rang it up late.Because I was waiting in the store for ten minutes to be served by this slow servers. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he Was not in the store.
After they rang me up at full price.The computer asked to add a tip. Why would I give a tip for slow service on overpriced coffee. These servers are getting paid to do a job and then they expect a tip on top of that shame on them..

This used to be great. Seems to have been a change in management last few years and it shows. The tables and where you get napkins are filthy! The food depending what you get could be stale and old they sell expired items. The drinks are only decent thing but some, not all, of the workers seem to not want to be there and also they argue with one another. The wait time is long. The disinterested lazy slow ones discourage the ones who do work and are pleasant. I stopped going there. Why pay sky high prices for dirty tables, expired food, ok drinks, and bad attitudes.
