I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and all the baristas saw and looked at me waiting patiently. Not one person tired to at least expedite my order since I was standing there. To avoid being late, I asked for a refund and did not receive my full amount. Terrible service for a loyal customer.

It was a really loud and packed environment. I came with my friends and kids from other schools made racist comments about me. As we were waiting for our orders, a lady standing beside us took a close up pic of my friend and then another pic of all of us and sent it to a group chat on WhatsApp without our permission then, left without purchasing anything. A group of girls besides us were screaming and one of the staff members came over and blamed it on me. I didn’t understand what he meant by me screaming because I was speaking to the person beside me. Later, he attempted kicked us out as we were leaving. We even cleaned up after ourselves and left politely, I don’t understand why he accused us for causing disturbances. Can’t believe he decided to blame ME out of all people. I can’t stop thinking about this because I know how to act in public and I am a good person but, this man made me feel as if I caused trouble and ruined a day with my friends, I cannot stop beating myself up about it because this really upset me. The drinks and food are good but, the communication, people over there are horrible and it takes a long time for orders to be prepared. I would never go back.

Used to be a good place, I don’t know what happened? Super long waits even if there isn’t much of a line. Workers have attitudes sometimes. Last time I ordered a drink, I asked for a caramel macchiato and they gave me a chai latte with caramel and slapped the caramel macchiato order sticker on it!
Girl name oletto with all the piercings in her face and weird makeup is very rude. I had an unpleasant experience.
