The Spy is one of my absolute favorite restaurants to eat at in the Hudson Valley. They use the freshest ingredients and the quality of the food is consistently delicious time after time. My husband and I used to eat here very often when we lived closer and now that we moved and live almost 40 minutes away, we still make the drive! From the fresh pasta to the tofu wings (like no other!) to our favorite—the turkey kale burger, everything is just SO good. Not to mention that everyone...
Delightful experience here all around! We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being serves by Brigitte who was welcoming and friendly. We had the beet salad and tofu wings to start, and then the chicken pot pie and steak frites, and everything was perfect! We left no room for desert which was a shame as the selection sounded awesome. Great selection of drinks, they have Maine Lunch on tap. Our fellow patrons at the bar were a friendly bunch and the atmosphere was relaxing....
The owners are, truly, some of the most genuine business owners I’ve ever met. Deeply kind, so fun to be around, and to top it off, the food and atmosphere are great and chill. I love The Spy team, and I’m so glad that it’s in my town. Thank you all! ✨
