The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the owner and he was very kind. My girlfriend got the lentil soup and the potato dumplings and I tried the lamb soup with the beef dumplings. The food was 10/10. Very delicious and it came out warm. We will definitely come back. This is one of the best restaurants in Poughkeepsie.

While Going back to NEW YORK CITY we had a dinner at (alons uzbek) I believe the place was the best we don’t have any location like this in City food is great but the person i guess he is owner the bald🧑🦲🤣one I forgot his name he is the best we will inshallah drive back to that location to meet that guy Best in All departments (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only)

Nice to see uzbek cuisine in upstate NY. Just randomly saw this place online and decided to stop by for dinner. Nice atmosphere and the food was overall good. I had the chicken sandwich/doner which was delicious full of flavor. Clean and fully renovated restaurant. Chicken kabob was also great.

What a great find! We tried the Uzbek Lagman, Uzbek Pilov, and Chicken Over Rice, and each had its own distinct taste, all very good. The portions were generous, the prices reasonable, and the gentleman who seemed to be the owner was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless, including the restroom, which says a lot about how well the place is cared for. Our friend visiting from Serbia was also very impressed. We’ll definitely be back.
