NO RESPONSE!!!!!! BURGER KING IGNORES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS THE manager on duty was very rude we left hungry and angry . She was so rude and made us feel so uncomfortable we will not come back. Very upset ruined our day we were having a great day we were over charged and once she realized we were right she was so disrespectful while we were trying to eat our food .

At 6:40pm today, they handed me a cup with no lid when I asked for a cup of water with my order in the drive through. In the drive through…. I politely asked for a lid and they said they did not have one. And I handed the water back and thanked them but said I could not drive with that kind of cup filled with water. If I had to pay for the water I would have just paid for the water to get a lid. But that was not offered.

The Burger King in highland, New York is the worst Burger King I've ever been to whether you're going through the drive-thru or going inside it's like they can only process one order at a time from start to finish there could be no people there and it still takes 5 minutes before they take your order they have no sense of urgency no sense of customer service I feel like I get food faster at a diner then the so-called fast food restaurant. I was just in the Drive-Thru and didn't even order food because I was there for over 5 minutes and the person in front of me still had n't got their order taken.

Place is clean. Staff is very friendly BUT the homeless people with their LUGGAGE, bags and other items sitting in the dining room (not eating) hanging out is a HUGE problem.

Worst burger king in the area. Seems to have 1 employee working at noon on a Saturday and old man was dripping sweat. Waited in line forever, couldn’t find my card, and couldn’t take my cash because all i had was a 100. Place has gone down hill since i was a kid.

Every single time we go to this specific Burger King we are stuck in drive thru for well over 20 minutes and it’s only the days a certain manager is working it’s absolutely ridiculous she needs to be fired honestly she’s very rude I don’t recommend going after the lobby closes because they are slower than frozen molasses.

Atmosphere is pretty boring no TVs or music on, the service was adequate but the food was disappointing. The soda machine was out of coke, root beer and Dr pepper. Please go back to fountains and get rid of this garbage machine. The new mozzarella sticks were horrible and not worth the price. The fries were lukewarm.... Nothing hot or crispy about them.
