Extremely quiet both times I went in, ordered, sat down and ate. Food was cool, not warm or hot. I use their app to order as I usually am travelling, don't like to interact with others because of the pandemic (which you here nothing about anymore). Most go through drive-in; too lazy to get out, order, eat in. Traffic along 9W is an absolute nightmare; people coming from Poughkeepsie, others coming from the south as well as heading to Poughkeepsie and south, contribute to heavy traffic on 9W.Even with deals BK is expensive for what they offer.
Stopped in with the family after picking up some furniture in Poughkeepsie Very very clean Burger King food was fresh service was kind a small mistake on the order that was quickly and kindly resolved this has got to be the best Burger King I have ever been too give this crew a raise!

Rude rude rude.. 2nd time I'm here and the manager must hate her job attitude the entire time. I know people called out but not my fault treat me like a customer. I was told one order per car what where I had someone else in the car that wanted just fries with a coupon. This will be most definitely my last time returning until they find another manager..

I went for a coke frozen drink and was told that was not available, so I ordered a small iced tea. It was $3.55. Yes, a small iced tea was $3.55. Then it was from the multidrink unit and wasn't even real brewed iced tea. That is crazy.
Do not get breakfast here . They use day before food and refry them in old oil . I got the hash browns and French toast

sucks, i went there often because i don't like much other fast food and i just so happen to be by this burger king all the times i get hungry and ever time i go they mess something up. the last two times they put tomato and mayonnaise on my sandwich when i asked for them off and it's even modified on the receipt, and they ALWAYS forget my sauce, if i don't ask for a "extra one" at the window they don't put them in the bag. i work in fast food too and i must say this place sucks 4/5 times. removing ingredients off a sandwich you would think would make it more simple, and it does but they don't care they only stick to the build sheet on what they learn and even then it's not consistent.

Hit the drive through for a whopper meal. Best whopper I've had, friendly employees hot tasty fries. Will go again.
