Ordered the Sweet Pepper Bacon (just the bacon) around late morning. The flavor was extremely greasy and overly sweet, and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting or reheated too long. Within a short time, it caused significant stomach discomfort. I’ve eaten similar items elsewhere without issue, so this felt like a preparation or quality-control problem rather than a personal sensitivity. Disappointing experience.

It was two girls working that were extremely unprofessional completely forgot about somebody at the window and forgot our food and were just cursing and making fun of how long they were taking in front of us. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service, etiquette, and professionalism. They also continued to do unsanitary things like dropping things on the floor and just picking them back up not washing the item or their hands.

My mom picked up her order and a guy had handed her coffee but it spilled and his fingers went into the cup and my mom requested it to be remade. ❗️She didn’t want any changes or drastic modifications to her drink. She just wanted it to be remade the way it was ordered❗️ My mom could hear that he was told by others to put the coffee in a different cup and not have it remade because she just wanted a new drink. She just ended up leaving the coffee because not even for sanitary reasons could they remake it.
If management is reading and thinking this somehow exaggerated than please check the cameras by the drive through. This happened this afternoon between 11:55-12:01 today (12/5/25)

I stopped at this Dunkin’ recently and was immediately hit by a terrible smell when I opened the restroom door. The toilet was covered in feces and urine, with brown smudges all over the seat like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The floor was filthy too. I didn’t even step inside — I turned right around and left. It was genuinely that bad.
I get that restrooms can get messy throughout the day, but this wasn’t just a quick spill or oversight — it looked like serious neglect. Management really needs to address this. Cleanliness matters, especially in a place serving food and coffee.

I would like to give a big shot out to the ladies that workeded the moring shift on aug 3 around1045 in the moring. I had a stroke abot a month ago so my speach an other things are not working rigjt but these ladies were very sweet an took there time with me an did not get upset one bit because i was taking to long. I just want to say thank u

It's better and always Fresh for a $88 I got a bagel from Dunkin' donut also the bagel was burnt on top. I did not have it toasted so the little bit of butter that they put on It Was a little tiny bit on one spot of 1 side of the bagel So for the money they charged and went back over and made them replace it with With the same results these places are absolutely overpriced And not worth it Near the coffee is always fresh so much cheaper

It’s 2024 this place has to start taking Apple Pay!!!!! I can’t not believe I was told I couldn't use Apple Pay because it didn’t reach out of the window. I asked if the lady could just take my phone and scan like they did the day before and she declined stating she has arthritis and didn’t want to drop my phone…. as she handed me food and HOT coffee. If you don’t think you can grip a phone should you be handing hot coffee out the window?

I just went through the drive through; i ordered a tornado twist , which yes i know is carbonated and can get messy stirring, BUT why is it literally pouring/foaming out of the top through the lid making a mess as she’s handing it to me? she offered no napkins, no sorry, nothing just shut the window.
