I did not have it toasted so the little bit of butter that they put on It Was a little tiny bit on one spot of 1 side of the bagel So for the money they charged and went back over and made them replace it with With the same results these places are absolutely overpriced And not worth it Near the coffee is always fresh so much cheaper

It’s 2024 this place has to start taking Apple Pay!!!!! I can’t not believe I was told I couldn't use Apple Pay because it didn’t reach out of the window. I asked if the lady could just take my phone and scan like they did the day before and she declined stating she has arthritis and didn’t want to drop my phone…. as she handed me food and HOT coffee. If you don’t think you can grip a phone should you be handing hot coffee out the window?

I just went through the drive through; i ordered a tornado twist , which yes i know is carbonated and can get messy stirring, BUT why is it literally pouring/foaming out of the top through the lid making a mess as she’s handing it to me? she offered no napkins, no sorry, nothing just shut the window.

I tend to use the drive through alot. This Dunkin Donuts is by far the best operated one in this area. The employees are always polite, and offer a dog treat or whip cream treat to my small dog. My little dog now knows this! Thats very considerate. Thank you.
