People better get smart and stay away from these places Do you think you're getting fresh donuts come again because they're frozen the eggs that you get are not real eggs they probably never change their gloves and there are clean the equipment in there these places are rip-offs you're getting a lot of processed sugar their donuts are nothing but a cup of sugar and their coffee forget about that too because it's lousy and it's expensive Wake up people and stop going to these places you'll be able to pay your heat bill in your mortgage if you stay away from these rip-off places like Dunkin' Donuts Starbucks ain't much better do your research online you'll get the truth there about these places and what kind of food they have the food they have is garbage but expensive prices

Worst experience ever. Employee in drive up used foul language and cursed in front of my child. Called store manager to complain who insisted nothing happened and to complain to corporate about it

Apparently its too hard to not toast a bagel. Two days in a row they toasted it when i asked specifically for it not to be.

Picked up donuts for the guys work and ordered a hot latte. The latte was hardly warm I guessed they didn't hear the milk up much when frothing and served a cool tepid drink. Last time I used this location I ordered a black coffee and was asked what I wanted in it, I replied nothing but they still added sugar.

This review is for the location on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie across from Marist College at the Mobile gas station. They have a drive through. Dunkin really speaks for itself. There’s not much I can say. This location is great because they get your order correct and the employees are very nice. They also have the automated board at the speaker that shows what you’re ordering and your price so you don’t have to guess when you arrive at the window. It’s the best location out of them all.

I come to this Dunkin Donuts location atleast twice a day. I spend alot of money here needless to say. One time I came a little past 8pm at closing time for my coffee. I was so so pissed that I didn't get there in time. Sure enough, two workers named Chris decided to make a new fresh pot for me as they were closing. I couldn't believe it, no worker at any Dunkin that I've been too has ever done that for me. Both Chris's went above and beyond for me. I also want to mention another worker Rontay, he is always so kind and he is super funny which makes my stop there pleasant, he has great customer service skills. l am a manager that runs a store and I can confidently say that Dunkin should be proud to have workers like those three. It's very hard to find employees that go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks Chris, Rontay & Chris! You three are the best!
