The place was filthy. The staff taking the orders didn't know what they were doing! It's fine if you're training new employees but as the word implies it requires someone with experience to show them how it's done. The soda was completely diluted, I mean, almost like water. Sick employees walking around and coughing with no face mask! I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Drive up person sounded like she would rather be anywhere else, and the food quality for a McDonald’s was some of the worst I’ve ever had, do you self a favor if you want McDonald’s skip this location and go the the next one. you’ll thank me for it.

Been going to this mcdonalds a few weeks now, i have to say i am very impressed. Its on the way to work very convenient being so close to the bridge, anyway, food is always 100 percent. In the mornings my hash are always hot and crispy ive compared with other mcdonalds and this one comes out on top. Not only do they always neatly place the food in the bag but my drinks are always topped sometimes overflow! Better alittle more than alittle less. Service is always amazing, ive had technical issues before and they are always worked out. Every time i come around its always a wave of smile in there, i understand workers have their days, people are people! This mcdonalds is a great spot to hit up to get some great quality food, seriously, always clean, would recommend enjoying a meal at this spot.
Kid-friendliness: Workers love keeping the kids happy! Personally ive observed workers going out of their way to get a kid a special toy to make them happy or make any simple mistake with an order right.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple places spotted that wheelchairs can ride up, there are some floor matts inside vestibules, but accessibly is very open

Had an awesome visit to McDonald’s! The burger was perfectly juicy and flavorful, and the shake was thick, creamy, and just the right level of sweet. Plus, the lady who served us was so friendly—it made the whole experience even better. Great food and warm service; definitely coming back for more!

Dinner time manager on Thursday should not be a manager. Dining in with my Grandson first waiting at counter no one to be found, counted 5 workers in back some working. I decided to use Kiosk sat down with table sign. Never got our food had to get up and go to counter where it was sitting of with no drinks (milk and cup for soda) or sauce for nuggets (why order them if you aren’t reading the order). Then we sit start to eat so I get up for a straw walk over to soda dispensers and there is like an inch of water. No warning sign just an empty mop bucket, my grandson follows me to get straw before me and next thing he’s laying on his back in water. I said to the worker in dining area should clean this. I was told she’s only one person. Instead of saying like. OMG sorry is he (my grandson) OK. No proceeds to tell me she’s one person, I said there’s 5 workers in back you aren’t by yourself, she said I just got here etc. etc. said the workers are tending customers, I said we are customers and don’t think h taking the trash out right now is more important than the SAFTEY HAZARD of inch of water on tile floor. I was told he should have ran, WHAT yes a 5 yr old in McDonalds yes true but maybe should clean up the water. I ask for manager and guess what she’s the manager. Well that explains everything!! Luckily my grandson was crying because embarrassed and soaked and not hurt. So that’s the last time I will ever visit that McDonalds pathetic.

Why does my fries always look like they have been refried multiple times? just soaking in oil! By the time they cool off they hard as a rock -__-

This is not the first time this has happened to me I ordered food from this McDonald's and they get the order all incorrect by the time you get to the house or your office and you look and the food is all wrong today I went there I ordered a big breakfast two sides of bacon at a number three when I got back and I opened up the bag I said then the big breakfast no hotkey what do I get big breakfast two sides of pancakes no bacon and the the missing hash browns and when I call up they did apologize and told me I could come back and get the bacon and the stuff that I was missing but she goes very rude says well you didn't look at the screen well you know what you told me to pull up to window number two to pay and the screen was not working McDonald's needs to retrain some of their employees
