Very kind owners and great service. They gave us free drinks because they had to close early unexpectedly (due to heat wave) when we drove over an hour, so the next time we came they were happy to cover the order which was so nice of them. The coffee flavors are fun and unique and definitely why we wanted to try it out along with their beans being freshly roasted! Highly recommend

Did not buy food at this coffee cart by the Bridge over the Hudson. I purchased “on the spot” roasted City and Vienna coffee beans to take home to California as a souvenir. Beans didn’t disappoint. Eager to order off website once Mercurial can ship again. The holidays are coming!

The coffee is simply excellent! They roast it on the spot, and if you’re lucky, like we were, they’ll have just finished roasting when you arrive, filling the air with an amazing coffee aroma. We tried an Americano, which was excellent, and also had a cappuccino that was perfectly made. The cookies are divine – highly recommended for a fun little stop before or after visiting the bridge.

Had The Goldfinch and one of Sam’s almond citrus cookies. Both were amazing. The Goldfinch is such a creative combination of flavors and really excellent. The cookie was tender and flavorful and paired perfectly with the Goldfinch.

We expected not so great options from this cart but we were pleasantly surprised at the interesting options and fantastic service! I got a black sesame mocha, and it was excellent; not sweet (unless you want it to be) and just the right level of bitter. They also have all the standard options. Definitely recommend for anyone crossing the bridge!

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos
Stopped here during my 1st walk across the Walkway over the Hudson. Very nice selection of coffees and espresso. I ordered one of each of the biscottis. All were delicious! Staff super friendly. (Sorry I didn’t get the name) It was a perfect ending to a beautiful walk across the Hudson River. Plenty of seating outside. Stop here for a cup of Joe 😎.

My husband and I hired Mercurial Coffee to provide a specialty coffee cart and service during our wedding cocktail hour and reception. They were an absolute dream to work with, fast responding, flexible, and extremely nice during setup. At the wedding, the coffee was fantastic and a hit! Best coffee in the MHV! Always come here when I visit my parents. Love getting a coffee on the rail trail. Super nice folks running it and they always have very unique and delicious flavors. We had them at a family wedding a couple years ago and everyone still talks about how great it was.
