My husband and I hired Mercurial Coffee to provide a specialty coffee cart and service during our wedding cocktail hour and reception. They were an absolute dream to work with, fast responding, flexible, and extremely nice during setup. At the wedding, the coffee was fantastic and a hit! Since the event I have had many family and friends tell me the coffee cart was unique and a great addition to our menu. I highly recommend their coffee, and their services even more!

A cafe truck along the Hudson Valley Rail Trail with very creative drinks and baked goods that taste amazing! I got the black sesame mocha and it was a bit expensive (specialty drinks are about 6-8 dollars here) but the quality and uniqueness was worth the price. It had a nice, strong roasty flavor with the right amount of cream and some ground black sesame. You can get either whole or oat milk. There was a mistake with my order and the barista was very kind about it, offering to either replace the drink or give a baked good for free. The signage and live plants around the truck are very pretty, and Mercurial Coffee Co is full of nice little touches like these that make it wonderful!
Dietary restrictions: Oat milk is available along with whole (cow) milk. Baked goods are labeled; cookies as vegan, biscotti as nut-free

They came to my wedding with their coffee cart and were set up early, very prepared, professional, friendly, and made some of the BEST lattes, espresso, and coffee drinks some of my guests have ever had. They did my sisters wedding before mine and once I met them their I knew I needed them to come to my wedding also. Cannot say enough great things about them!
This is along overdue review of this wonderful coffee company and the lovely people that work there. We frequently visit their kiosk on the Walkway Over the Hudson for the best coffee in the Hudson Valley. The owners are warm and friendly - they are very interested that they made your coffee exactly as you want it. The coffee is delicious and fresh. When my daughter had a fall wedding last year - we had Mercurial Coffee come and set up their kiosk. This was such a big hit with family and friends. People were so happy with having this choice of beverage in addition to the usual open bar. I am still receiving compliments from people who enjoyed the Mercurial Coffee and their crew at the wedding venue. I would definitely book them again!
