i stopped for dinner a couple weeks ago had the chicken french, was excellent thanks Cosmo, service was great. The one thing i would change is when tables are cleared off the cleaner that is used has a very strong bleach smell, not good when you're eating dinner.

The burger I got was very good. The bartender wasn't very friendly, and didn't really give anyone the time of day unless she knew them personally. Atmosphere was great, sadly I didn't get to eat outside and stayed at the bar.

The restaurant service was great but the food was poor. The boat launch worked well for us. The menu suggests home made pastries but there was nothing available on a Friday evening.

New owner, and he brought back Chef Girrard. That is a huge plus! The food quality went back up to the way it was years ago! Highly recommended. The chairs in the dining room are uncomfortable. The parking lot is dark at night; more lighting farther from building is needed.... kinda scary for some... additional lighting would be fantastic. French fries aren't good anymore. They switched to another type. Those are the only negatives.
