We love Carbones’s, but last night the 24th we got a medium pepperoni and dozen wings. The pizza had very little cheese and pepperoni on it. The wings and sauce were on top of the blue cheese container and celery.We were very disappointed. The whole thing was done very sloppy.

First time at this location and sadly I was very disappointed. I’ve visited the other location in Greece several times and got the same thing at this location and it just wasn’t the same. I ordered a 10 piece wing mild with garlic Parmesan on the side because this location does not mix sauces. Chicken had no sauce no flavor and was squishy not fully cooked. I had to put them In my air fryer. The fries are the only stars I’m giving because those were delicious. I will not return to this location I will stick to the ones in the city.

This location has horrible service on multiple occasions they have forgotten items in my order. Yesterday I ordered pizza and wings. They forgot the wings. Ok i can understand being busy!? I was literally the only order up with 4 employees working! Will not be going there again!

Never been and decided to go today... As soon as I walked through the door I was prompted to make a purchase, I don't even know what's on the menu smh.. I find what I want and step forward to purchase. I ask at the same time where the bathroom is as I would use it while waiting for my food and was DENIED.. first off NY states that a restroom is to be accessible to PAYING patrons but moral of the story is just as quick as you lost me as a potential long turn customers you'll loose a lot more with policies like this.. but thank you for being transparent enough the I didn't spend my money at your establishment

Their food has consistently gone down hill since the female manager left.We have had wings where they forgot to put the sauce on, pizzas that were burned or undercooked, each time I've just let it go and keep giving this place chance after chance.Tonight was the final straw!! We placed the order almost an hour before it was needed because we had to go . The pizza was barely cooked in the center and the wings were undercooked with the wrong sauce. We always order well done wings with medium sauce, tonight they were mild and still had blood close to the bone.When I called the owner told me to bring back the food to PROVE what I was saying was correct and then he would remake it!!Go to Dewey, North Greece, or Alden, but avoid this location at all costs....well unless you like throwing your money out the window!!

AVOID ORDERING WINGS AND PIZZA IN HILTON FROM THIS LOCATION!!I absolutely love Carbone's pizza, but will never step foot in the Hilton, NY location again!The service has gone downhill over the last few years.....I've given them chances time and time again....I mean, 8 out of 10 of our last orders were a mess. I've never called and complained. I've explained away burnt or undercooked sheet pizzas to guests because the location was busy or whatever other reason I could think of. We always order our wings well-done medium and understand it will take longer....good I'd rather not eat undercooked wings. We had wings without sauce or hot sauce when we got them home. Tonight we ordered an hour ahead of time. When my son got home with our dinner, the wings were undercooked with mild sauce (ordered well-done medium), and our pizza was barely cooked in the middle. When I called to complain, I was told BY THE MANAGER to bring back the food to prove what I was saying was correct. I'm sorry I'm not driving 15 minutes out of my way to prove the food was crap just to get the same undercooked food!!NEVER AGAIN....SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THE NORTH GREECE, DEWEY, or even ALDEN location!! All of them know how to make pizza and wings!!

There are now 4 pizza places in Hilton and Carbone's is still the best. Wings are still a good size and cost was 2/3 what my order would have been at Salvatore's. Easy ?♂️

Sorry, but I never had their pizza...however their Hot Wing's are "AWESOME"! I highly recommend Carbone's for their Wing's, they are very very close second to wings you would get at the famous Anchor Bar in Buffalo. Their wing's are meaty, crispy, and I highly recommend them Hot! So, if you can't make it to Buffalo, get your wings from Carbone's you will be happy you did.
