Terrible service. The older woman with short gray hair (hostest) was rude and unaccommodating. I was told to leave after waiting 10 minutes to be seated because the older woman noticed I had an alternative meal with me for my child. Many times I have brought something for my child to eat when going out. If you are a parent, I’m sure you could relate in some way. If You bring a baby, and you can’t feed them solid foods, should those people be kicked out too because they brought purées? My child has autism and has had food therapy and will literally only eat a hand full of things. All in all, I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and sadly discriminatory. NOT a kid friendly restaurant.

We had soups and sandwiches and were pleased. The special was goulash which was bland. Service was quick and friendly.

You can not beat the Thursday night surf and turf. 19.95 steak and lobster or scallops. Quite literally one of the best places around and you cannot beat the prices. 10 out of 10 would recommend every single time. I have never once had a bad experience or meal.

Food wasn't the best, all the steaks were overpriced for the quality and covered in fat, the fish fry was soggy on the inside somehow and the tail was left on.... fin and all ??. Water damaged and just overall felt dirty. My opinion its a better bar than a restaurant. Definitely don't plan on going again and my family feels the same. Waitress was ok....

The food was good the restaurant was on the way to being our favorite place …..but the waitress (business) added so many extra charges on to the $12.00 Cobb salad. $1.25 twice for dressing, $5.00 for chicken who knows what other charge went along w the $57.00 total for 1 fish fry with ice tea, 1 Cobb salad and 3 stuffed mushrooms. When I called the restaurant after I got home to go over the bill the waitress couldn’t explain why she had added another $4.75 on top of the already ridiculous high total. Not going back ever! Sorry

I had high hopes for this place after reading about them and I was disappointed. I specifically got chicken french bc 1 i love it and 2 people raved about it...Our service was average, the server was friendly...our food....man... My chicken French was lacking flavor and the portion size; my pasta was served on a saucer plate! My husband got a seafood dish...he said the shrimp was mushy, the lobster tail had a metallic taste he only ate his scallops and claims casino and said the best part of his meal were the fries. Then, after spending over $55 on food and drinks I'm charged a service fee of almost $2 to use my debit card!!!! Are you kidding me? We gave em a try but won't be back...Sorry!

Have gone to Fosters twice in the last 4 months and both times left without ever being seated. Although there weee over 8 tables being empty, the restaurant had only 2 servers. When we called ahead to reserve, they only do reservations for 8+ diners. The first time we waited over an hour, this time we left after 25 minutes. I was told the wait would be at least another 30-45 minutes. Our mind was made up when a couple already seated left because no one had yet come to their table. All of this and it was 4:20 in the afternoon. The food is good, I've gotten takeout several times and have been pleased with the quality. The service in the the restaurant sucks.... A real shame.

Steve and his family made our 25th anniversary amazing! We had a buffet with rosemary chicken, marinated chicken, beef ajus, green beans almondine, salad, roll and ziti. The pasta was perfectly cooked sauced to perfection. The beef was super tender and also perfectly cooked. The chicken was moist jucey and perfectly tender. Buffet food is typically average at most, but Steve Foster is an amazing chef. Steve's daughter Raylynn was our bartender and worked the bar like a pro with 75 people that like their cocktails a bit. I would highly recommend their food service and atmosphere. Thank you Steve for making our day memorable with your food, family and hospitality.Gratefully, Ricky& Cindy Modzel

A friend suggested this place recently, and I'd never heard of it. Pulled up to what looked like a former warehouse, and was skeptical. The interior was interesting, and the place was packed despite being pretty big - usually a good sign. Looked like most people were munching on fish fries, and they looked intriguing, so I rolled with that. Wow, was I NOT disappointed. When I say this, I don't say it lightly. This was easily in the top 3 best fish fries that I've ever had. Maybe even top 2. Cooked to perfection, excellent batter crunch, light and fluffy inside. It was delicious even without the tartar sauce - and that tartar sauce was also one of the best I've ever had. I even asked for a side to bring home. The salad it came with was super basic, but the blue cheese it came with was on another level. The side of garlic mashed potatoes was the lone bleak spot of the meal - it left a lot to be desired, and I'm not a fan of the skins in my mashed potatoes. I will be thinking about this fish fry in my dreams, and will definitely be back for another!
