I called and placed an $80 order. They took my phone number and read back my order. Drove to pick it up. Got there handed him my credit card and told me cash only. How many restaurants in Monroe county are cash only and do not tell you over the phone on a large order. The answer is just THIS dump!!!! Unfortunately I could not leave zero stars.

The chicken and mushroom is not edible, the strips of chicken looks like the skin, I've gotten it several times and it never looked like this , no dinner tonight, very disapointed

It's 2023. Not too many people carry cash these days. Would make life so much easier if they took cards. But they sure point out their ATM, which is fees galore. Get with the times Great Wall. I'm sure you would have more sales if you took cards. And the food isn't always up to par either. Many Chinese food places out there. I'll go somewhere else, that does accept my card to pay for my food. Toodles.

Don’t go here if you want GOOD Chinese food. Go somewhere else and spend your money on good food.Worst place to order from. The 3.9 stars is probably from when they first opened the place. This is not even a one star place. Hilton needs to update the Great Wall into an actual Great wall and not a bland wall.Seriously wish Hilton had another Asian take out than that place.

Our regular place was closed, so we tried coming here. Good enough to maybe come back, but we still prefer our 1st choice a lot more. Having done the identical order at both places, our party of 5 each said the food flavor was a 3 here vs a 4.5 at the other.

Not sure what the chicken or beef is made out of in this place, but it definitely isn't real meat.
My kids and I absolutely LOVE Great Wall. We probably order takeout once a week. The staff is awesome and friendly and the food is always hot and delicious.

I can't get over all the bad reviews I've been seeing. I've been eating hear since they opened. I know they have had phone issues in the past but my experience has always been positive. Love the food! We used to travel a lot and tried asian food all over. Their food is as good if not better than any other place like it.

just called them about 2 minutes ago and they hung up 2 times on the third they answered and said "take a hint" and now their phone is disconnected and now i'm not able to call at all. terrible people rude and disrespectful and the food is mediocre anyways if anything go to ho ho hibachi sushi in brockport

That’s sesame chicken just sitting next to the deep fryer. They all of a sudden only take cash and as I had to scrounge change I was short $.10. The nice man advised me there was an atm. I was about to cancel my order but it was already started. Don’t waste your time here.
