The menu is amazing, they not only have tocos and burritos but burgers too. The Jose frito with beans rice chicken and sauce tastes great especially when you add some of there other sauces to it.

Stayed the weekend at Lake Ontario in Hilton. Food was amazing, the smashed potatoes were out of this world and the burgers were delicious. Will definitely be hitting up José Joes when we come back. HIGHLY recommend!!
The food is very good with great flavor. Facility is maintained well. No more taco Tuesday, though. Too bad. Staff at the counter used to be more friendly and better with customer service. Many of the great employees, such as Kevin and Mark from the past, are gone. That's also too bad. Highly Recommended.
Burrito was cold & flavorless . I felt sick later. Thank god it was only $11 but honestly should be on taco bells value menu. Definitely NOT a Mexican restaurant

chorizo burger gave my friend food poisoning. we ate here monday night, and a hours after we ate he became sick, throwing up and unable to keep food down. ended up missing two days of work. service was fine, just very annoying that it made him so sick. will not be back lol

Asked for items on the side of my burrito; as you can see, instead of putting them in dipping cups, the employees chose to throw all the sides in one container. It doesn't look appetizing in the slightest. My partner ordered a garbage bowl, which came with no bread bowl.
