Every other time I go there the shake machine is down, the coffee machines down, something's being cleaned, Etc.
I don't even bother using the app anymore because when I get up there they're always telling me something it's not available that I ordered and apparently there's practically no way to get a refund.
Just close this location already and put it out of its misery.
This is by far the slowest store I have ever been at. Have been to many others and have had no problems. I use this one for the location but am not happy at all. We are not talking one time visit but many times. God forbid using the drive through as 9 times out of 10 you will have to pull ahead and wait for common items.
The place was a disgusting mess and had ants crawling all over yesterday’s French fries on the floor under several tables. We asked if someone could take care of it and nobody did anything to clean it up.

McDonald's can be hit or miss, but this visit was quick and overall good. However, the employees seemed overworked and stressed, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. The restaurant also had poor customer service in the past. On a positive note, the Spencerport location was very pleasing. If they improve the working conditions for the employees, it could enhance the overall experience for customers.
