My girlfriend went in here to get food early in the morning and was waiting in line, and one of the workers who is a mixed/lightskin black girl makes a comment about her saying; "She keeps loooking at me very creepily" while looking right at her and scanning her up and down. My girlfriend is now uncomfortable and too anxious to come into the facility or even the drivethrough because of this girl. My girlfriend and I have spent lots of money here this year for our breakfast, and now, she won't be getting breakfast due to her being too anxious and uncomfartble to enter the building. I too, will be limiting my visits.

Was told there not doing lunch yet at 11am and to come back... I don't want your shitty breakfast and I'm not going to "comeback" it's your lunch hours.
I love this McDonald's the most on the West side! All of the employees are nice! The food tastes the best!

EVERY single time I come here it is SO sooooo slow! How have you not figured out FAST food by now? By the time I even got out from having to run inside, the line for the drive through hasn't even moved!! Pick up the pace!!

How hard is is to cook fries. I’m genuinely curious because they are either old and mushy or undercooked and mushy. People wanna get paid more and can’t even set a timer correctly. Do better you silly goose’s.
This owner is disgusting! I seen him yelling in an employees face and she cried! He is very disrespectful and doesn’t care anything about the employees. Do not go here!!

Ever Saturday morning at Hilton McDonald's the drive thru has average wait of 15-20 minutes per car. Every Saturday. U would think they could fix it. Same food every day, and they have the same problems getting it to customers. It's fast food. Today Saturday Oct. 19th, 9:07 am. 12 cars in drive thru, havnt moves at all in 7 minutes
I'm not trying to be sarcastic at all but it's McDonald's... How is it supposed to be? It's like McDonald's....
You charge so much for food when the drive through is always slow, never have both drive through windows open anymore, come inside just for drinks so you don't have to wait in the line and wait forever, always something missing or food & drinks are sub par. You have lost a regular customer! I came through the other day and no one was in line and I was left there waiting for over 10 minutes while they chatted! The past couple of months, this place has really gone downhill! I used to come by every morning!

Didn't even want to hand out drink trays, was told the owner told them not to double them up, they are very flimsy with 4 large drinks! It's ridiculous. This location has really been disappointing lately.

Be prepared to not get what you ordered
Place makes you wait extra long for food you ordered and they don't even get it right.
Any customer who orders from this location NEEDS to check their order before driving off or walking out because the staff DEFINITELY isn't telling you if there's missing items or substitutes.
