Drive through order. The sauce was everywhere but in the sandwich. The sandwich was cold, and the other sandwich I had ordered wasn't made correctly. The hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag and fell to the bottom of the bag completely out of the little paper sleeve it came in. Seems like they just don't want customers to come back ever again. This type of experience makes me go elsewhere. Good job! The only thing I can appreciate about the restaurant can't be executed properly. You win. I'm never coming back!

Slowest drive thru I've ever been through. The pay window is never being used so I'm sure this doesn't help their normally slow service, it adds more time to it. Waited 8 minutes in drive thru for 1 sandwich. Ridiculous!

The order was missing food and then the cheeseburger was cold and stale bread. The food came too fast to be hot.It looks like it's been sitting and the french fries were old and cold. This is not the first time that i've had horrible service from this mcdonald's.

I have been to this location a few times. As it is the only quick place to get breakfast. I ordered off the app. I ordered Bacon Eggs & Cheese Biscuit by its self, a sausage egg & cheese Mcmuffin meal and a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. We were missing the egg on the sausage egg & cheese Mcmuffin, and the bacon on the Biscuit meal. I will NOT return.

Placed a mobile order and waited in an excruciatingly long line of 3 cars. (Actually a short line but it took forever. Literally 35 minutes) my mobile order was cold and they didn’t include Any of the sauces, and 2 fries were missing!! On top of that the “large” frappes were very uneven. One was filled nice while the other looked like it was mostly whipped cream! Very dissapointed. All that time and they couldn’t even give me my sauce!! How am I to eat the nuggets!!!! With my own fridge sauce? I don’t have honey mustard or sweet and sour chilling at home meanies.

My girlfriend went in here to get food early in the morning and was waiting in line, and one of the workers who is a mixed/lightskin black girl makes a comment about her saying; "She keeps loooking at me very creepily" while looking right at her and scanning her up and down. My girlfriend is now uncomfortable and too anxious to come into the facility or even the drivethrough because of this girl. My girlfriend and I have spent lots of money here this year for our breakfast, and now, she won't be getting breakfast due to her being too anxious and uncomfartble to enter the building. I too, will be limiting my visits.
This location has terrible service... probably understaffed. There was only one car in front of me in the drive-thru and I waited 10 minutes for the one car to go. After I got to the window, they asked me to pull ahead and waited another 5 minutes to get two sausage McGriddles. Another afternoon, the drive thru was wrapped around the building waiting to order. I parked and walked inside to order. I waited 5 minutes, and no one came to the counter to greet me or take an order. Wow! Not recommended. Ownership needs to step in and correct this major problem.
