Employee handed my husband the whitest milkshake I have ever seen, looked him dead in the face and said “this is chocolate”. I know it’s McDonald’s but come on.

Every other time I go there the shake machine is down, the coffee machines down, something's being cleaned, Etc. I don't even bother using the app anymore because when I get up there they're always telling me something it's not available that I ordered and apparently there's practically no way to get a refund. Just close this location already and put it out of its misery.
The same people are stuck working their butt's off because other workers call in. There is no consistency and wait times are egregious.

Female manager unable to resolve issue and had a nasty attitude after we canceled our order! As if they didn’t cause the inconvenience. I was more than understanding, but completely disrespected.

I was at the drive through getting breakfast then they handed me my hot coffee and spilled it all over me because the lid wasn't on all the way and when I called to talk to a manager they told me they talked to their employee and said that I squeezed the lid and it got on her and me but yet it was all the way in my truck and got all over me all over the dashboard the steering wheel the center console and the girl had no idea it even spilled I actually had to flag her down to get her to get me napkins to clean myself off she had no idea what had happened but the manager told me that they said they both checked the lid and it was on and that it got on them too if it would've gotten on them They would have immediately turned around and handed me napkins and said i'm so sorry but they didn't I am completely outraged with this I will be taking action
The customer service is horrible its the only cheap food place in this town they continuously fail to bring me my food in a quick manner and i had to wait 10 minutes to ask for a cup of water at the register and once on the way to school i ordered 5 hash browns and it took 15 minutes to be ready and was almost late for school because they had to “make some more” when there were hash browns that had been taken out minutes prior and were clearly visible from the dining area

The service was terrible. Long wait. Minimal staff. Does McDonalds care about costumer service? Dunkin’ ’ here I come. Better service.
Drive through order. The sauce was everywhere but in the sandwich. The sandwich was cold, and the other sandwich I had ordered wasn't made correctly. The hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag and fell to the bottom of the bag completely out of the little paper sleeve it came in. Seems like they just don't want customers to come back ever again. This type of experience makes me go elsewhere. Good job! The only thing I can appreciate about the restaurant can't be executed properly. You win. I'm never coming back!
