Best pizza around (I think). Very consistent and good pricing for bidenomics Era. I always get the thin crust little well done with cup n char pepperoni pizza ? Kids love it..Keep up the good work team. Stay consistent.
Ordered online at 6:22pm for delivery, system said 45min . Called 1hr 10 mins later, was told it's next delivery out. Called again 30 min later, was told it was on the way out the door. 20 minutes after that, it finally got to our house. Luke warm, chewy and probably re-heated. This place is a giant dumpster fire, don't bother ever ordering from the Hilton location.

Just under 2 hrs for a delivery, after multiple calls and getting BS'd by whomever answers the phone. No I don't want a re-make that took 2 hrs the first time (lol) or a credit. This place is the absolute worst service and quality, on multiple occasions. This was the final straw.

I am now 51 but once upon a time was born a product of the ‘70s that also was raised and grew up in Hilton NY long ago only to return later in life with a wife (who also was born & raised in Hilton NY) to start my own family where we have happily lived for the last 18 years…. Anyway, please forgive my ADHD and my wordiness yes, I understand it’s a pizza place review and not an obituary! Hah! Anyway, Hilton NY by no means is anything but short on Pizza places in 2023 and for the last 50 years it has always been this way! Some are ok, some are bad or not to our liking and one or two along the way can be always called Awesome as far as Pizza restaurants go! In Hilton NY that place is easily Pontillos for “the BEST pizza place for Speedy, Correct Service that also has a great “pizza joint” type menu that always tastes properly and cooked the way you the customer wants your order. I know they do deliver, but I never use that service as we are close and I love to stop into say hi to the owner and his shop of young employees that are local to Hilton which always seems like they are having fun while also doing a good job delivering a great product to their Hilton customers! Thank you Pontillos Hilton! Please do NOT change how you folks do business or things! Happy Client Matt L.

Not a fan. Super saucy pizza, freezer burned and mushy cannolis that tasted like cheap vanilla pudding was piped in. Disappointed.
Food is okay. Also depends on who's cooking that night. But overall not bad.

Pontillo's Hilton totally cares about their customers! Had a glitch in my delivery order tonight and they made it right within 20 minutes! I highly recommend them and definitely give them 5 stars!!??
