Food is great but no one will pick up the phone!! I’ve tried placing an order online but there’s no option to pay at the store when someone else is to pick it up and buy!😡😡This has happened almost every time I call and no one to speak to.

The subs are good. Prices are a little high. Employees are friendly and the food really compares to no other sub shop. They have plenty of seating. But there is usually a small wait in line for service, especially if you go during lunch hour.

It's worth the extra ten minutes to go down 37 to the one in Massena. This location is just full of people who don't want to work. The sandwiches thru make are thrown together garbage.
