The subs are good. Prices are a little high. Employees are friendly and the food really compares to no other sub shop. They have plenty of seating. But there is usually a small wait in line for service, especially if you go during lunch hour.

It's worth the extra ten minutes to go down 37 to the one in Massena. This location is just full of people who don't want to work. The sandwiches thru make are thrown together garbage.

Best sub I have had! Unlike other places with pre-made meat, they cook the real bacon and chicken etc on a hotplate in front of you. Could do with more help, but the girl who served us was really good! Will definitely return
Way better than subway. It was clean and the staff were wonderful. I will go there again when I am in the area.
