I have eaten at the Maple Room several times and all I can say is that it has always been OUTSTANDING! The food is extremely good and flavors outstanding. Service has been the same... outstanding. I would eat there every night if I could.... My congratulations to the chefs for preparing amazing dishes, and thank you to the waitresses for their fast and pleasant service!

The food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful! We had to send a steak back but the kitchen was extremely fast getting a new one out to our table. And it was perfect when they did!

Was seated but never helped at all for 20 minutes, had a couple other people come in after us that got helped immediately. We were trying to have an anniversary dinner but we ended up just getting up and leaving because no one payed any attention to us. Terrible customer service, will not be wanting to go again.

Great experience. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. There was a piano player that really completed the whole ambiance! The maple butter for the bread and ending with the maple candies were a really awesome treat!

Shrimp Cktl fabulous. Escargot VG. 2 Filet mignon delicious! Vegetables not even blanched, unable to eat on either plate.

We were serveur raw lobster in the surf and turf dish. They took the seafood back to the kitchen to replace it but looked like they just microwaved the lobster..for such an expensive dish we expected more. Also, a group of 4 ladies came in. They were loud and a little drunk. They seated them next to couples having a romantic dinner instead of puttjng them at table that would have less impact on other diners. These ladies were flirting with staff and were swearing loudly and being obnoxious and screaming obscene things at diners..service was great but could but overcome a raw dinner and classless diners

Special dietary needs were addressed with no issues. Woman FaceTime-ing next to us was annoying.
It was nice I just think the food was a bit rushed since our reservations was at 8 and they closed at 9 overall it was nice.
